I didn't think anything of it when there were 10-15 packs of shingles left over, until later when I saw that these areas had not been done. In addition, the ceiling in a room upstairs goes up to the roof and many, many roof in jails came through it. Eventually I hired someone else to cut all of the nails off. I called and sent pictures twice. The woman that I spoke with said hat she would forward everythIng to Fred and he would get in toush with me. It has been months and I have had no response. These folks protected the surrounding area before using some sort of high-powered soo vacuum cleaner. Price was great for the cleaning. Jessica gave us a step-by-step wood stove 101 rundown and words of advice in terms of safety. In the end, the at-home care and attention, is the name of the game.

Was looking to have our liner cleaned, which had not been cleaned in several years. Two men showed…read moreup, took one quick look in the fireplace and decided that there was not way they could clean it, the liner needed to be replace, the insert needed to be cleaned and may not even work after that. Lectured us on how to dry wood for 5 minutes, that they would work up an estimate and that we also needed repointing on the chimney. They charged us $150.00 and left after about 15 minutes. After several days we received an estimate for a total of $22,300.00 to replace the liner, clean the insert and rebuild the fire place, with no credit for the $150.00 that we paid for zero work! Proceeded to have two other companies give estimate and both stated that the liner and insert could be cleaned for under $500.00. Hired one of them and cleaned the insert, the liner and now fireplace works great, like it is new. Not a good experience at all and would not recommend or ever use this company.

I hired Dan Riemer for a medium size project that included: creating a laundry room, adding a bathroom, removing a cumbersome circular staircase to create a comfortable stairwell as well as demolishing an old deck to build a new one. Dan took the project pledging that it would take 2-3 months and committing to have 2 working teams on the project. It went well for the initial 2 months, while demolition and hard construction just started. After this, it just became a nightmare. They did not show up for weeks at a time and construction got delayed beyond imagination. False promises were made over and over about the work being completed, but nothing got accomplished. After 6 months and hard construction not being completed on a single item of the project, I decided to terminate this madness. Obviously, I requested to get some money back for the work that was paid and not executed - They are now just ignoring any attempt to communicate, and I have not seen a single $ back. The construction is of mediocre quality as attested by the photos attached to this review. I highly recommend you staying away from Riemer construction and would be happy to give details to anyone seeking more information on this review.

He did a 3 acre fence as well as two patios, pathways, stone foundation, Concrete floor, outside, concrete enclosure, and many other things. I have only nice things to say about him. He was always here and he let me know if he wasn't going to be here, but he was basically here the entire time unless it was raining.
