Their answer was sorry not their fault. Would not warranty the screen. Very frustrating when you pay good money and company doesn't back up the job. All this over one screen.

I called and at first I asked for storm shutters, however, the man I spoke with thought a high impact window would serve my needs better. Measurements were taken, the permits obtained and the window ordered with an estimate of 2 months, or possibly more, to get the project done. I am so happy to report that exactly 2 months later Jeff and Jay showed up and it was a real pleasure working with them. The installation took less than a day and because I named my new quiet/safe room "Heaven," you can guess I am very delighted with the outcome. They have been around a long time and definitely the best in the area! A real delight working with all to achieve exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended! Its now been three weeks and they won't come back to repair it. Three neighbors also hired them because we were so happy with our roof. Of the three, two had problems. Now we have a problem. Our roof had never leaked until they installed the new metal roof over the original asphalt roof. It leaked at a bath vent, which had never leaked before. When they originally came and looked at the 1 ft by 2 ft brown spot, he said it was "an accident" and acted like it was no big deal. Poor customer service. We just want them to come back and fix their mistake. They said Neil Strickland retired and his son is running the business now. I wonder if Neil Sr ran it like this.

Ted was excellent he helped me on the phone to try to troubleshoot the issue so that we would at least have AC through the night until he could make it to us the next day. We were unsuccessful with the troubleshooting, no fault of Ted. He came by first thing the next morning and was able to have us back up and running in no time, He walked us through every step and made sure we understood what he was doing the whole time. A stop by the office to meet with the lady at the desk and schedule the first appointment. The owner came out and did measurements. I went out and saw him and discuss what I was looking to get for a custom gate that would also prevent my three little dogs from going through it. After he was done with his measurements he left without ever saying anything to me. About a month later I called to find out what the status was and was told that he was getting the design together and will be sending it to me soon. Shortly after that I received an email with the design and my wife and I returned back to the office to discuss changes to that design to make sure that our little dogs cannot go through the gate. A month later they scheduled a "final measurement appointment" but did not show up on that appointment day. We were notified that he was busy and would be rescheduled for the following week. Unfortunately no one showed up on that day either. He must have stopped by because a few more months later I was told they were ready for a down payment and to finalize the plan. We again stoped by the office and discussed things with the ladies and put our down payment in. A few more months later and I called to find out how things were progressing. Finishing soon then will call me to schedule the install. I called another month later and made the appointment for the Instal. I called the morning of the install to make sure we were still a go and was told "sorry they were behind and would have to reschedule the next week. Today called again to confirm and YES. They will be out after noon. Checked in at 3 and still going. At 5 I received a call to ask if I still wanted to get it installed today or first thing in the morning. This was my only day off so they did install it @5pm. They were very good and did a great job. The gait looks great and will be looking good for decades to come.
