Delicious! Takeout spot, window bar table seats 4. Ordered online for lunch. Lots of variety for the toppings. Good variety of warm food as well as the typical raw poke bowls. I made a build your own salmon with kale base. Picked the Spicy Habanero sauce, and it packs some heat. Pick up was easy and quick, 2 of the 3 (ordered separately) were already ready when we arrived, with the last one being finished up in around 15 seconds upon our arrival. They had the order slip with our names on it for easy pick up. The order page is slightly confusing (as experienced by my coworkers), the order page pops up, but if you order before selecting a location, it will make you start over. I believe each location has different offerings, making it necessary to select the location first. From the Google maps pictures, I thought there would be more seating for dine in.
Quick and easy poke bowl place in downtown Toronto on Dundas. Good freshness, nice portion, great value. It's a small and cozy place. I like coming here, particularly when there is not much time and wanted to grab some healthy and tasty lunch. Recommended.

It was hot, tasted fresh, the chicken was cooked perfectly, sauce had a nice spice. Loved the toppings - ginger, cherry tomatoes, edamame, everything went together nicely. My only complaint is I wish there was more sauce. I'm someone who loves food with a lot of sauce. It was very filling and I felt satisfied afterwards.

I always enjoy it as the portions are always consistent. Pretty solid poke spot!

I wish the avocado was a little more creamy, but otherwise, everything was delicious!

Rolltation is a quick-serve restaurant with one vegan option that you can order in a bowl or sushi burrito. I got it as a sushi burrito because that seemed interesting. In retrospect, it would have been better as a bowl because the sauce falls out the bottom of the burrito, and it gets messy fast. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly. On the upside, the ingredients tasted fresh.

Today, I decided to use my 5% off coupon from Yelp check-in and opted for their classic salmon sushi burrito. Flavors were very good and everything tasted fresh! Only problem was that my burrito wasn't wrapped very tightly so it was a huge mess to eat. I also think the employee knew this while she was making it cause she struggled a little. I recommend grabbing a fork, just in case. Staff was very friendly again though, so that always makes the experience more pleasant.

Miso salmon poke bowl- mainly lettuce with a bit of rice. Good portion size. I was very full after. They are Very accommodating with sauces and substitutions. Not the best poke i have had but still pretty good.

Yes the salmon was delicious (on the fatty side), and I opted for extra salmon thinking the portion might be small. It wasn't so I was stuffed. For about $15, the bowl was also filled with avocado, tangerine, lettuce, corn and carrot slices on top of rice. It made for an interesting balance of savoury and sweet flavours. The crunchy purple tempura bits were enjoyable at first, though there seemed to be too much sprinkled all over my bowl (I guess they were waiting for me to tell em to stop pouring it). The service was quick and friendly. Limited seating is available at the front to eat and people watch, but most just takeout. They were also offering 10% off if you drop off a business card. Perhaps it's useful for their marketing geography.

I Built my own sushi burrito, it was delicious. Thanks for the friendly and helpful service. I got help right away. The restaurant is clean and has a few window seats. Perfect for any poke cravings. Visiting from California, and now I have a new go to spot. I would recommend to anyone. Even if you are new to poke, the coworkers will help you choose what's best for you. read more
I've been to the best Rolltation on Queen West so every other Rolltations are measured against the best (Queen West's) location and this one comes in at a 7/10 (whereas Queen west is 11/10 - yes, I adore them!) at Queen West, you come in and they greet you cheerfully (just like in Japan)! The staffs here do not greet you. Queen West has huge seating area. Here, it is tight and squished up at the window (too intimate). Queen West gives you extra this and that, here it's very by the books. The taste of foods at Queen West has so much love in it, here it's another eatery. Just another Rolltation. read more
I've been suddenly craving rolltation again, and I'm really glad I went. Their sushi burritos are generous with the fillings and the salmon is super fresh. I went with a premade option, but you can also choose what ingredients go inside your burrito. I liked how my classic salmon had little pieces of tangerine in it. It was a nice touch and made it very refreshing. Needless to say, I'm obsessed with rotation now and I wish there is one closer in Markham. However, I did think it was quite expensive as two sushi burritos total up to $39. read more

YELP TIP: check-in & get 5% a signature item Props to Rolltation for actually being opened on a late Sunday evening, while most other Poke places were closed! I decided on a 'Build your own' Poke Salad and was pleased by their awesome add-on selection and the most potent wasabi mayo sauce I've had yet (note to self: use a LESS than 'Slim' amount of sauce next time). The amount of salmon was mediocre but the options for sides are plentiful and large. Especially liked the lotus chips, purple potato, and tamago! read more

Came here for sushi burritos and got a California and a fruity tofu. California tasted like the California sushi rolls you'd get, but the tofu one didn't have any tofu in it and I was not a fan of all the lettuce nor the Korean citrus topping. Fast service (came here in around 6 and there was no line) so that was nice. If we return I will not be getting the tofu again. read more

I love poké bowls and I enjoy coming to this place every time to create my own. You can choose from a variety of toppings, from veggies, to the type of protein and sauce, to additional toppings and lastly, crunches to top it off. The portion size is fairly large, and they give generous toppings. If you're indecisive like me, the workers are nice as well in helping you out with creating your own. However, they do also have set poké bowls on their menu if you would rather not create your own. I would usually come to this place if I am in the mood for something healthier, but will still fill me up. I have been here more than once and was never disappointed with my bowl, would recommend giving this place a try as an alternative to traditional sushi! read more

My first thought was that this couldn't be that amazing. It's basically an oversized sushi roll, right? Wrong. Yes, these burritos are massive and about the size of my face. But it's not always about quantity. They have some wicked, fresh ingredients to back it up. Their signature burritos are some of their most popular ones, but you can also create your own. I'd recommending trying one of the signatures and then picking out the ingredients that you think you'd like to create your own because there's so many to choose from and might help you narrow them down. If you don't know what the toppings are, then ask them! My favourite is the Teri-shrimp from their signatures. I like the following toppings: purple potato, asparagus, tomago (egg), tobiko (fish roe), tempura bits (for the perfect bit of crunch), sweet corn and tangerine for an interesting mix of textures. They also offer up poke bowls if you want to skip the seaweed wrap. Their customer service is amazing. They're helpful and answered all my questions. They also readily provide coupons and asked if i was student to offer me a discount. They have a stamp card that gives you a free burrito or bowl on your 10th one. Not to mention the speed of service is so quick! They'll have you out faster than you can say "wasabi!" They don't have very much seating so it's better to get take out. read more
Decided to give Rolltation a try and boy are their sushi burritos huge. I ordered the Classic Salmon burrito through the Ritual app which made it extra convenient in avoiding those long lines during lunch. Almost felt guilty just walking in and out with my food while everyone else lined up for their food lol. The ingredients were very fresh and all the flavours complemented each other really well. Only downside: too many red onions! I had to pick them all out. The burritos were HUGE. Definitely enough to share between two people or for two meals. read more
I really enjoy the fresh ingredients at Rolltation. I've tried the classic salmon burrito, tuna bowl and also a DIY bowl. This place is tiny with only a few seats available making it more of a takeout joint. All rolls and bowls have great flavours with fresh ingredients. I prefer the sushi burrito over the bowls as the nori melds the flavour together very well. I would only get the burrito if I was going to eat it right away so the nori doesn't get soggy. One thing I would have to nitpick about is in the wasabi tuna combo. It has red peppers which I was not a fan of the flavour combination. If you are a picky eater you can DIY your own. The DIY option can end up to be pricier than it is already if you decide to pick premium toppings. Overall this is a good place to try the sushi burritos in Toronto. Service was quite efficient and portion wise it will fill you up. read more

Placed an order of Teri Shrimp Burrito during lunch using Ritual. The roll consist of Shrimp, Kani Salad, Carrot, Edamame, Cabbage, Cucumber, Sweet Corn, Tempura Bits and Teriyaki Mayo. Theoretically, this should have been a delicious lunch. In reality, unfortunately, the shrimp and tempura bits was extremely oily. As well, the roll was sitting on the counter when I picked it up. The dressing was dripping through the paper wrapper. The roll was soaked through. It was not appetizing. Overall, I am not sure who fell short, Rolltation or Ritual. It was just not enjoyable. I would not recommend that combination! read more
While I was visiting family in Toronto I took a stroll around Yonge and Eglinton to find somewhere for lunch. I decided on rolltation. I created my own sushi burrito with boiled shrimp as the base. I added carrot, cabbage, edamame, radish, tobiko, lotus chips, and tempura bits. For sauce I had spicy sesame and sriracha. The burrito was great and had just the right amount of crunch for a perfect texture. I also had the Miso Yam soup which was a good sweet and salty balance. My mom created her own burrito with chicken as the base. She enjoyed her meal and could only eat about half as they are quite filling. That didn't stop me from eating one and a half though lol. Rolltation had a wide variety of toppings for your burrito or poke bowl. The downside of is that it can get quite expensive for a fast food restaurant when you're creating your own burrito or bowl. All in all it was a good experience and I'll be back to try out some other combinations. read more
Sushi burritos have been viral over my feeds. So I have been looking for a place and it finally arrived in toronto. Conveniently opened next to an ice cream spot, so it was perfect for a summer night to grab and go. They only had a bar table by the window and three stools if i remember correctly. So I wasn't able to grab a seat and had to take it to go. There was also a huge line since everything was made to order. But i liked it! read more

I work around the area and Poke Guys on Elizabeth Street is my usual go to Poke place. However, I decided to give this place a try to see if its any better. I did the build-your-own because I didn't like any of their signature bowls. I got salmon as the protein and it didn't taste very marinated at all. I actually had to put in a whole packet of soy sauce, which I never do at other places. I also found their variations of mayo really boring - either regular mayo, sriracha mayo, teriyaki mayo or wasabi mayo. I prefer the sauces at Poke Guys a lot more. The portions were overall smaller too. I paid additionally for avocado and got three tiny slices. It was also more expensive than what I would usually pay for at Poke Guys too! I regret coming to Rolltation only once during my stay in Toronto! When my friend and I came across this, we were so psyched for it! There was a line that goes out of the door, but it probably took us about 5-10 minutes to order and about another 3 minutes to get our food. You basically walk straight to the line, order, make a U-turn to see the production of your order, pay, and to gather whatever utensils you need. I ordered the salmon bowl and it was sooooooo good. There was plenty of salmon and enough portions of everything in the bowl. A con is that there isn't enough seating available. But I would definitely come back again if I have the chance to! read more
(3.5 rounded to a 4) I always pass by Rolltation and it is usually very busy during lunch hours. Their high prices kind of deterred me from going because I can easily go to Poke Guys for a cheaper and more customizable bowl of Poke. I finally caved one night because PG was closed and I had a Poke craving. I ordered the salmon Poke and was pretty surprised when the guy had my bowl done in 2 minutes and didn't ask me anything in terms of customization. At every other Poke place, they usually ask if I want nori, seaweed, extra sauces, etc. but Rolltation had none of that. The total price for the Salmon bowl came close to $16 and I just couldn't justify paying that much for a bowl. The actual food was quite decent and fresh and I especially loved the tangerine that they add. The amount of fish was also reasonable but definitely not as much as what I get at PG. All in all, I would only come here if I was desperate for some Poke and if PG was closed. TLDR: Pretty fresh and tasty, but quite overpriced. read more
Walked past here hundreds of times so I decided to try it out one day. I got the classic salmon poke bowl and I was a bit disappointed. They only had 1 size and the bowl didn't fill me afterwards. I found that it had way too many toppings and it gave away from the actual poke. For the price I paid for the bowl, which read nearly $15, I did not find it worth it I'm an avid poke guys fan and after trying this out, I'd rather stick with PG. As for service, it was really good and they were patient since my friend and I were staring at the menu for quite a while haha. Wish there were more seating besides the windowstill. read more
Super fresh sushi burritos! This is the place I come to satisfy my cravings for seaweed wrapped goodness. Their portions are really big, even a regular roll was difficult to finish. That's all because of the huge amount of toppings they pack inside their rolls. I usually get the classic salmon which comes with kale and tangerine amongst a lot of other stuff. I've never had kale and tangerine in a roll before, it makes the roll taste like a summer salad, light and fresh. I also tried their new korean beef rice burger. These take longer for them to make and I would say its just one of those novelty foods that I'd try once and happy not to try again. It was a bit too salty and rice patties just can't compete with fresh buns. They can get pretty busy during lunch times from walk ins and also online orders. They have 4 spots for sitting but definitely more of a pickup and go kinda place. read more
I've been here a couple times and it never disappoints! I love eating this as an alternative to sushi as it has less rice and more fillings. There are also options for poke bowl and salad instead. I love how you can customize your own sushi burrito with so many topping add one available. The ingredients are plentiful and a lot of choices available! They are usually quick with service. As it is a small place, there is only a bar ledge for seating so take out is usually the way to go. read more
