We are horrified at what damage would have been done to her if she was still in the bathroom at the time! I reached out to Fashion Glass & Mirror multiple times and they were entirely unconcerned. Completely shocked that a company of this size has no regard for the safety of their product and only offered an installation!! Installation of what?! I was a bit apprehensive since there weren't a lot of reviews (only 1 positive review), but for half the price as Safelite I figured why not give a smaller business the benefit of the doubt. 24-7 not only responded within an hour of my online estimate request, but they were available almost immediately with my exact model's window, and worked with me to meet me on my schedule. the responding repairman was super polite and never missed a promised timeline. he showed up at my location exactly when he said he would and the repair was done in 15 minutes. he was careful with my car and the passenger side window was replaced to my satisfaction. I'm 100% satisfied with the service and want to spread the word. DON'T PAY DOUBLE FOR SAFELITE!

I had to constantly text, email, call to get updates ; even after he took accountability for his lack of communication he went right back to zero communication. Finally, we agreed to refund my money. I paid him via Zelle and to make it easier after the 4 request I sent a Zelle request to make it easy for him. I am 10 communications in with no refund. Last response from him states he was waiting for a check to clear the bank; that's was 9 days ago and I don't have a refund or an update. I'll wait for Mr. Rubio to dispute my review and post screenshot of all texts and add emails. I called a few more times to see if something happened and they were still coming but no response. I had to pay double to get someone out on overtime pay to do the job as we could not push back the hvac install. This company really screwed me over and I would not recommend them to anyone.
