I agreed to have the representative come to my house for an estimate. Between the time of setting the appointment and the actual date, I had multiple calls from the company which became spam calls. The day of the appointment, the sales person was ill prepared making multiple trips to his vehicle for small items that he knew he would need. He was very aggressive in his sales approach, showing me things that I informed him I had already read or knew about windows. Once he gave me a price nearing $20,000 for 10 standard sized windows, he then came back with near half the price after I told him no. Being kind, I told him I would speak with my wife about the new price. He wrote up a financing agreement and proposal on paper rather than electronically. Then, he was upset and near indignant when I would not give him my SSN or sign without speaking to my wife. Ultimately, he left. Today, I received a call from the owner wanting my SSN and then was pushy with me telling him I would not be using the company. he became upset that I told him I felt the company was scamming people and why as well as pointed out the same concerns from others online. I told him goodbye and instructed that he not call me again and hung up. Not a minute later he called me again. I told him not to call me again and hung up. Just had our windows installed 11-12-20. Look great. Installers very friendly. Clean install didn't even know they were there when completed. Recently was concerned of noise I was hearing through my windows. Knowing they are not sound proof windows I did reach out to the company. We did miss each other calls a few times. I understand that. What I do not understand is when I talked to someone at the company today 1-2-2024 they said they would called me back. They called my house not the number I gave them . When I reached out 2-3 more times they was busy and they said they would call back. They never did. They did however send an employee out to inspect the windows. This person was hard of hearing and was not able to duplicate. This person said he was just worked on the windows he wasn't sure why he was there. He took pictures of the windows. I called and asked to speak to David, they said he was not in the office today. I got a called about 2-5 minutes later. We started a conversation but it soon escalated to the person on the other end cutting me off during our conversation to the point he hung up on me. This person didn't introduce themselves as David at this call. I called back this person continued to yell at me and hung up again. I never yelled at him I was just trying to have a conversation with him, but was cut off everythime I spoke. So if this is what you like in customer service then by all means. I don't like doing business with someone who doesn't want to help. I did report my experience to the BBB. I would recommend doing business elsewhere and skip this business all together. All the other people I talked to at the company were so nice, I can not believe who ever I talked to attitude wasn't better. So sad to have to report this because of one person in the company that had to act in this manner. 1/4/2024 I did receive a call from a David a Rolox and he said he did not make that phone call to me. He was going to look into it. 1/6/2024 I received a voice mail asking to bring papers over by a manager. I didn't have time to call back at the time. On 1/9/2024 I did receive another call from David this time (because this time and introduction was made) saying until I removed my reviews they would not deliver my paper work. This is in not way slander. I was a customer and all accounts are true. This is an edit on my previous post to let anyone know this is an opinion and an experience I had. This compaby does have great reviews, this just happens to be a lower star review. Not every business is 100% all the time. I just in later calls noticed when speaking to David when he introduced himself would also not let me talk and cut me off and the last call would also not let me express my opinion. Instead he said he has contacted his lawyers and mandated I remove all posts in 2 days or they were going to sue me. Again this my personal experience with the company and anyone is free to leave an opinion and not feel threatened. In all the calls even if not being David they calls with hanging up and getting upset and not letting the customer speak were very much the same in my opinion. Correction was made because The first calls the caller didn't introduce themselves and that was not fair to asume it was David. Only until introductions were made I can mentin the names. I hired this company to do a bathroom remodel. I was told the project would take 4 days to complete. The worker called in sick 3 days. His boss yelled at me over the phone. They only sent one person same guy out each day to do the work and he barely would do a full days work. Just really frustrated with how long it took and the fact that they only sent one worker out who wanted to keep calling in sick to work every other day. read more

Update: Our project was finished in one day and they gave us a discount for the delay. The owner came out to personally apologize for the lack of communication, which we really appreciate. Our house looks fantastic, we are very happy with the results and even talked about having them remove our tub and shower in our guest bathroom. Well we signed a contract on 5/8/18 to have stone veneer installed on the front of our house and were told it would be 5-6 weeks. It's now more than two months later and the only contact we've had was through us contacting them. The first time we contacted them the guy said it would be after the 4th of July. A week after the 4th we called and had to leave a message. No response. We've already put half the money down as a deposit. Very very very displeased with customer service or lack there of. Great job on tub and surround install. Very professional in their work. Only complaint is that they seem to have problems communicating among the different departments or areas as I got multiple calls from different people asking/or telling the same thing, and my information was not being given to the appropriate parties.
