I contacted Jorge via Yelp on the 16th of the month. He replied after awhile and said he would be happy to come out. I called him on the 18th. He came late in the day, a bit later than he stated, but did arrive. We talked about the project and I showed him what was needed. He said he would email me a quote. On the 21st I texted him asking about the quote. He said he would send it that night that he "promised". It is now the 26th. No emails or texts or calls. If he doesnt want to do the job, that's more than okay, just tell me. That's honesty I can respect. But when you say you'll so something, and you have to say "I promise" and you don't do that thing? That's an issue to me. I'll be moving on.

Any items missed or we felt needed touched up were addressed. The house was left clean when the job was done. The only thing that I wasn't expecting - pointed out by our painter that said was common with heavy skim coating work - was "pin holes" all over (from air bubbles I believe).
