My husband ordered these flowers to be delivered on Saturday at 4 p.m. They never arrived, and he couldn't get ahold of anyone at the florist. They didn't arrive until Monday at 2 p.m until Monday. We ordered flowers for our Mothers service as did our children! The process was simple , we stopped in and picked from a catalog. The arrangements were very reasonable. The results were Outstanding! This was probably the most painful vendor to work with throughout our entire wedding process. Yes there is a language barrier but the main issue is the owner's lack of urgency when replying to customers. On numerous occasions he would ask me to text him and he would never reply and if he finally did it would only be a "yes" or "no" response. The day before my wedding he asked me to stop by to give him the final payment and to review my arrangements. When I arrived he was no where to be found, some arrangements were not made and our total bill was inaccurate. What a headache. On the day of the wedding I was told he just dropped everything off and left hastily. Quality was decent for the price and free delivery which was great which is why I'm giving this business 3 stars instead of 1. Honestly if I were to do it all over again I would save myself a headache and go elsewhere for my arrangements! read more

Flowers were beautiful at our wedding, but the process leading up to it was downright painful. It is very difficult to communicate with the owner, he needed multiple reminders about basic things that were discussed, and the overall planning process was just plain disorganized. The price was fair compared to others, but given the hassles along the way, I almost would have preferred to pay more for better communication. read more

I ordered flowers, chocolate and a balloon delivered to celebrate a birthday. She received the flowers and balloon but did not receive the chocolate. It was a $25 add-on so I called and asked to be refunded. The woman's flat response? "yeah... we don't do that. We will deliver the chocolate". Then she hung up on me. They are going to randomly deliver a box of chocolate a day after someone's birthday because they don't do refunds? Just wow. read more

I stopped in Saturday to buy a bunch of cut flowers - I especially wanted a few sunflowers and hydrangea. The girl was very nice who waited on me. The sunflowers were closed but she said they would open with sunlight-they had previously been in the dark. The next day the hydrangea had died and the sunflowers never opened. I returned to the store once to find a sign "gone for 15 minutes" and another time they were not open. I went today on my way home from work and was told to go home and get the dead flowers. I spent 25.00 to support a local business and the flowers I bought either wilted or didn't open. When I went in to let them know they wanted the dead flowers -I just left and will never ever return. read more

We had a sympathy arrangement sent to us this week. No one was home at the time of delivery so the driver saw fit to leave the delivery (uncovered!) on my back deck stairs. Earlier that morning we had 12 turkeys wandering about my yard. Do they like to eat flowers? My wife later got a phone call at her WORK!!! number and had to leave work to come and put the arrangement in the house. What if it suddenly started to rain that day or the turkeys were hungry. She later called the office and dealt with some rude staff who simply shrugged the whole situation off. These people are rude and inconsiderate and my recommendation would be to seek another florist if you want to be taken care of properly. read more

Never use this place if I could leave no stars I would. These are the rudest people I have ever dealt with and have no respect for their customers at all. I was told when I placed my order for a special occasion that the flowers would be delivered around 4pm. I called around 430 to check status and was greeting by someone very hard to understand and had an attitude with me because I wanted to know where the flowers were. Called again around 5 to ask if they would give me a discount or anything for the late delivery to get more attitude and hung up on. Long story short flowers didn't show up till 530pm. When I called the next day I spoke to the woman who I placed the order with to express how I felt about my service to be greeted with more attitude and being told to go f*** myself a$$**** and hung up on again!!!!! Never even consider this place ever!!!!! I chose to try and support a small business but they need serious help with customer service!!!!!!!!!! read more

Received a floral arrangement as a gift...it was a tele flowers order from out of state. I received it at night on a weekend...it was not fresh at all and I was very disappointed....all of the roses had dropping heads and all of us flower lovers know what that means...DYING!! This was not acceptable seeing that it was an expensive item. So on mon. morning I went to Roma's to have the "dying" flowers replaced. Well let's say the owner was not happy to see me...in fact she was downright nasty....trying to convince me in an intimidating tone that she uses only fresh flowers...and for the day and a half that I had them I must have done something to them....REALLY?? Finally after a lot of back and forth during which I don't know how I kept my cool composure....she realized that I was not leaving until I had the dying flowers replaced with fresh ones....so much for courteous customer service...!! The owner never once smiled or apologized for the inconvenience....she was nasty and grumpy. I will never return to this store and will warn my friends about the wilted flowers and the very unfriendly service!! There are plenty of other dependable flower shops in the area that know how to treat their customers fairly....and with a smile. read more

This is the 2nd time I have received an arrangement ordered online from Roma's. The first time was last Mother's day. The roses drooped within one day of delivery. I brought them back and the owner was extremely rude before she agreed to replace them and they too drooped within a couple of days. They never opened just drooped and died. Well here we are...another Mother's day another arrangement from Roma's. Beautiful the day I received them and within 2 days the heads of all the roses drooped and the rest of the flowers dropped their petals. My neighbor had the exact same experience a month ago. When arrangements cost $75 dollars or more they should last for more than a couple of days. What a waste of money! I would recommend that anyone wanting to get what they paid for should definitely not do business with Roma's Florist!!! read more

I ordered flowers from 1800 flowers and the purchase was sent to this florist. The arrangement was a sympathy arrangement and when it arrived the flowers themselves deserved a sympathy card. At least 2 of the 25 flowers in the arrangement had broken stems and were facing the ground. Several other flowers in the arrangement had ripped petals and brown, wilted edges and petals. I called 1800 flowers because they were the people I requested the flowers through, and they offered to call the florist and have them resend an arrangement. The women from 1800 flowers was so kind and awesome. I hung up with the 1800 flowers lady and about 10 minutes later the rudest lady called from the flower shop. She seemed very impatient on the phone and was steadfast in her argument that there was no way the flowers were broken or wilted because she had just made the arrangement. I am not blind the flowers looked like crap. After a moment of complaining to me she said she would send her driver back to pick up the flowers. The driver arrived about 30 minutes later. She was also extremely rude and began to lecture me on how they were real flowers so they wouldn't be perfect. She also tried to sell me on the idea that the two broken flowers were not in fact broken but rather a bit droopy because "its hot out". She closed her lovely exchange by saying that the flowers did not look this way when she dropped them off clearly implying that I ruined my own flowers. I am not an unreasonable person. Sure every flower won't be perfect but I do think it is reasonable to expect that more than half of the flowers will appear to be alive and that no flowers will arrive broken. If the florist could not complete the arrangement, I would have been slightly disappointed but would have appreciated their honestly in telling me they simply didn't have enough of the flowers needed for the arrangement that were of a reasonable quality. Instead they chose give horrible customer service. I would not recommend this florist. read more
