Bought a fresh bouquet that was arranged as we waited. It was beautiful and full and reasonably priced for the variety of blooms they used.

Very dissapointing arrangement that was the "deluxe" edition. Very pretty but not as large and is missing the white roses (main reason for ordering this item) They claim the daisys are "filled to value" vs. roses. Ordered a balloon that was never delivered either. They did refund that but nothing for the $85 arrangement. Very sad. Not sure what the $16 "service fee" was since they claim "free delivery" Lost a customer today. read more

Don't use this florist. I ordered flowers at 11 AM for delivery to my 95 year old mother. I requested an early afternoon delivery or the next day. I was assured that the delivery request would be granted. I also requested that the flowers not be left outside and to call before delivering. The driver didn't call and rang my mom's door bell at 9 PM! When she didn't answer the door right away, he left them on the door step. I called the manager the next day and complained. It was non-chalant and offered many excuses. Very poor customer service and the flowers weren't very nice! read more

I never post reviews, ever. But really not happy with how they didn't seem to care about my issue with the arrangement I ordered. I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday. The flowers didn't look like the picture at all. I order a lot of bouquets throughout the year and realize they rarely look like the picture. When I called to tell them, they told me to send an email with a picture and it would be handled that way. They thanked me fpr my "concern" about the flowers, but they were filled to value. Had I known they looked the way they do, I would have ordered a different bouquet. I will never order from them in the future. read more

COMPLETE LETDOWN! I ordered flowers for a dear friend's birthday and they were never delivered. Typically, I call my friend or send a birthday text. This year, I knew I wanted to do more as she has some personal stuff going on. I wanted her to know that I was thinking of her and sending love. Her birthday came and went. I messaged her the day her birthday after and asked if she had a good day and if she received my "happy birthday" wish. She said she hadn't. I called the number for the florist and got customer service. After a long hold, I was told that the flowers were not delivered. I explained that I was very upset and that I wanted to speak with someone from the store since this representative said that she was in customer service and not in the actual store. I wanted to know what happened and why I didn't at least receive a phone call. A little while later, I received a call back from the same representative. She apologized again and said she could give me a refund. I asked why the flowers weren't delivered and she said some of the flowers were out of stock. I asked why they didn't call me. I would've told them to substitute. Again I told her that I very much wanted a call back from someone from the store. I couldn't believe that I ordered flowers to do something extra special for my good friend and instead she didn't hear from me at all on her birthday. And I didn't receive a single call from the store explaining that my order couldn't go out. If they had called, I would've been able to order from another location or at least make other plans to connect with my friend. This issue still isn't resolved as I explained that I didn't want a refund. I want my friend to get her flowers and I want to know why they didn't go out in the first place. read more

I was a walk in the next day after a friend had my proposed to and j asked one of the owners if they were able to do a SAME DAY delivery and order and they were able to do it successfully. When i went in i had no idea what kind of arrangement i wanted, the owner was super nice and walked me through all my options and i full trusted her. I had a wonderful experience with this flower shop~ spoke with the nicest gal who was able to deliver exactly what i wanted to send to my friend [same day...sorry!] It was well beyond my expectations. My friend received them timely and said they were just beautiful! Not an ordinary bouquet, it was quite special! There is a whole lot of difference with flowers from a reputable florist vs 'supermarket' variety. It is worth the difference in price - they last so much longer and provide weeks of joy and love! I called the day before my mom's birthday and they were able to deliver the arrangement the next day, to an area outside of the listed delivery zones on the website. I didn't really know what I wanted in the floral arrangement but they asked a lot of questions to help personalize it, and when it arrived it was absolutely beautiful! I received flowers from Terri's for Valentine's Day. The arrangement was beautiful when I received it and I was very happy with them. I followed all the instructions to care for them and thought they would be great. Two days later I take a look at my beautiful arrangement and I was in shock. The flowers were wilting. The arrangement looked like I had it for a week and I had to take the roses out and throw them away. I was so disappointed since they had come from a flower shop. This is something that happens when you buy flowers from like 1800flowers not a flower shop. We called the shop and we were told oh well the arrangement is only guaranteed for 48hours so we can put new flowers in the arrangement if you bring it here. First of all why do you only guarantee the arrangement for 48hours. Shouldn't it last longer than that? The flowers aren't cheap and to not last is ridiculous. I am saddened at the fact that we have to bring the arrangement to them and they aren't just sending a new one. That's horrible customer service. The shop should've standing by their product and they aren't. read more

Worst flower order of my life. They kept me on hold for more than 20 minutes and sent an arrangement that was 180 degrees from what I was promised. When I called to complain, another series of long holds, and then the manager wrote about their "terms and conditions" which gives them the right to substitute -- without giving the customer the chance to change the order. It is a disorganized, arrogant, unprofessional enterprise. And their arrangements look like a third-grade class did them during recess. Awful, awful, awful. read more

When i saw the arrangement that was delivered when the reception started, I was so embarrassed. It was so small, it looked thrown together, flowers were in bad shape and tons of green filler. Stephanie Fusco at Terri's did the flowers for my wedding, and to say they were gorgeous is an understatement. They were exactly what I had in mind, and I got so many compliments on them. Not only were the flowers perfect, but Stephanie was great, too. She listened to all of my ideas, threw out some of her own, humored me by looking at my Pinterest boards, and texted me pictures of the flowers while she was working on them to make sure they were what I wanted. I was scammed by a place called Kims Florist online. (My bad, they came up on google as local...NOT!) NO flowers ever showed up for a dear friends wake at the Buckmiller funeral home, who by the way, was very helpful in suggesting calling Terri's. On the afternoon of the viewing, I spoke with a wonderful young lady at Terri's Florist and they actually got one of the most beautiful arrangements to the funeral home way before the viewing hours starting at 5 that day. The reply to me by the owner is more complaining about special occasion events, Mother's Day and excuses, lots of them but rather than try to remedy the situation, further insults the customer in her reply; all florists are busy but few will insult you during the process of being a Walk in; as you can see from the reply by one of the owners of Terri's it is all about them and not the customer; they do not have flowers visible and they were going back and forth into the back cooler to tell me nope don't have that flower, no don't have that color; flowers are a visual experience first ; to save on their time and mine, I said it would be easier to see them then go back and forth ; in closing; I went to another florist equally busy who was concerned with customer satisfaction and did the wrist corsage on the spot at their suggestion without all the complaints of the special occasion season burden; hire more staff then but don't mistreat customers as they did with me and then insult me and further look to excuse bad behavior. If you treated customers right, you wouldn't have to back peddle in a reply. At no time, did anyone there at Terri's try to make it right while I was in the store, that is good customer service. P.S. I was just looking for a simple wrist corsage , not an arrangement, not a wedding bouquet , not a song and a dance, not a list of complaints and not insults, all I wanted was a simple small wrist corsage............... read more
