Glad to say that the site led me to a business I could trust and which yielded good results. So... some context: someone I used to know lost someone very close to them very suddenly. Wanting to show care and compassion, I looked up local florists, surveyed their reviews and inventory and made a short list of businesses that could get the job done in a respectful and meaningful way. The team at Sweet Pea's was receptive, helpful and fast. They put together a condolence basket that the recipient could share with family and show that all involved were thought of. I tipped for faster service and that tip was well-spent. The turnaround was lightning fast and the actual basket was something of value. One quote about it that I remember was that the basket was 'shockingly heavy' and filled with items the recipient could use. Here's the twist: said recipient would turn around and stab me in the back so horribly it took quite a while to recover. You would think such an association would cause me to give Sweet Pea's a bad review. Nope. Sending condolences is always the right thing to do even if the recipient is unkind and untrustworthy. Sweet Pea's provided a well-received and well-valued service in a very quick window and I'm appreciative of that... even given the circumstances of how things turned out.

Their vision turned the patio into a lounge; the al fresco dining section into a comfortable fire pit; and narrow driveway into an area that is easier to drive, turnaround, and park in. Their efforts enhanced the overall look and feel of my property, while enhancing the value. Friends commented it looked like a movie set and buyers were so taken by their work, the home sold in four days. My realtor received positive feedback on the backyard from everyone who viewed the property, and the buyer said one reason for their purchase was the backyard. Unfortunately in the past two years she's assigned people who would not qualified. Two years ago I met with Abby and reviewed our plans in detail to be carried out. The only part that I was totally satisfied with what wonderful window boxes. But from there everything went down and in the past year and became a total disaster. Not only plans we discussed were not carried out, I had to call for routine maintenance and the people she sentwere totally incompetent (she acknowledged this). My flowerbeds became a jungle. When the person in charge came a second time after my complaint and I informed her that she has done a terrible job in the past Abby then informed me that the woman was hurt and insulted. She should never have been sent since she didn't know what was a weed. e. I finally terminated this arrangement. It is my belief since she was no longer taking as active a role and leaving the work to others this was the result. I would not recommend her and Everything Botanical. Abby and her husband are lovely people but fell down on the job.

My Fantasy hydrangea arrived completely dehydrated and wilted due to an eight day UPS shipping experience from this company to the West Coast. The leaves were completely droopy and it was in very poor health. I have been nursing it back to health for a month now. All the canes are dead and new growth is finally emerging at the base after a lot of TLC. This company needs to switch to FedEx as their carrier and not use UPS, especially for longer transit. I never have this issue with Garden Crossings for my orders because they use FedEx 2-3 day. Everything arrives perfect from them.
