Color suggestions and paint types aligned to my thoughts and came out stunning. I received multiple quotes and interviewed multiple companies. I was very at ease about the company from the start when Rich answered call, and Noelle and Chris managed the projects. Team doing the paint and the crown molding and trim were on point with leads that truly cared. We had a small area needing attention after wrap up, and they addressed it like the professionals they are, their name is their brand and it is true. They were able to get us on their schedule before we went on vacation, which we appreciated. Rich came over the morning the painting was to begin and we discussed everything that was to happen. Everything went so well with their crew that came in to paint. They were so friendly and flexible. They did an absolutely amazing job. We LOVE the transformation. Rich had stopped by again and I asked if they install cabinet pulls. He responded yes, and was able to also install the cabinet pulls before finishing the paint job. Everyone was so very friendly and responsive to all our questions. We truly appreciate the friendly professionalism Rich. Noelle and their crew extended to us. We HIGHLY recommend Paint Doctor. We had an appointment for Mr. Ward to come to my home on July 8 to provide an estimate, which I took off of work for. The appointment was canceled by them the day before because they stated that they didn't receive the covid questionnaire, which I replied to the previous day. I chalked this up to a miscommunication, and scheduled another appointment for today with Mr. Ward arriving between 10:30 and 11:30. This appointment was confirmed by his office manager, Brooke and I was sent a calendar invite. It is now 12:47, and Mr. Ward has not shown up nor have I received an email, text or call to explain. I have now taken off of work on two occasions for this appointment, and I wish that I was able to write this review on reliability, quality of work, etc., instead of the unprofessionalism of this company.

As soon as it was (relatively) safe for them to do the work, they came out & did it. Both gentlemen working in my house wore masks & gloves the whole time & the company took safety precautions before sending them out. The work itself was well done. I had a somewhat tricky drywall repair/install, and needed the floor for one room tiled. They worked efficiently & effectively, and were always willing & able to answer any questions. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and most importantly safe during a difficult time to get anything done safely. Reggie and his team are very professional.  They show up early and accomplish the timeline quoted. They brought our 40-year-old home into the 21st century with just paint! Our old build in wall unit looks fabulous after Reggie and his team painted it. They turned it into a wonderful focal point. It's now very chic and new,  Awesome! Their talent blending colors with seamless lines is so perfect!  They did a wonderfully complete job, painting closets inside and out as well as the trim work and doors, just beautiful. The fireplace walls had large cracks on both sides. They repaired the cracks, stripping them completely down and rebuilding them. The wall looks completely new. We couldn't be at the house, so Reggie took pictures and sent them to us every step of the way. It was like we were there without having to be there.  A problem arose when they were painting the sky lights. He noticed two were leaking. He called us immediately, and they caulked them. Of course, they will need to be replaced, but they stopped the leak until we replace them in a few months. A service above and beyond,  who does that? Hitchens Painting! I can't say enough good things about Reggie and his entire team. I strongly recommend them and would hire them again!

Reggie responds to calls and texts within a few minutes. He and his crew sanded, primed, painted the entire interior of a 3-story whole house remodel. They fixed sloppy work that the wallboard crew had done, and carefully prepped the walls and ceilings before final paint on all 3 floors. They sanded, patched, filled, primed, re-sanded and did what it took to restore 100 year old trim molding and baseboards to near new appearance. They also painted all of the existing natural wood window sashes white and the work was meticulous. Reggie and his team weren't done until we were 100% satisfied. I'm an extreme perfectionist and needless to say hard to please, but the result was better than I could have hoped for. A pleasant surprise to find a great contractor like this. We will use Hitchens Painting for all of our future painting needs.
