Stay far away from them if you're not in a reasonable service area. They are an insurance claim chaser company and will step all over you to get at your payout. They sent different people out to inspect and provide quotes (gutter and soffits/fascia was the scope requested). I did not ask for a roof assessment but the gutter guy thought it might be eligible for an insurance replacement, so I said sure send the guy on out and let's see what happens. That's where it got really.... interesting. My first appointment was for a Friday. I asked for a specific time so I could manage my work schedule around the inspection. A time was agreed upon. Nobody showed up. I had to initiate contact to find out that they would not be coming that day due to the time/distance. We rescheduled and on the rescheduled date, I reached out early to confirm the time and was told the inspector would be 30min late. I readjusted my work calendar and was notified it would be an additional 15min. This turned out to very much work in my favor. The inspection was very thorough and took about 1.5hr. At the conclusion of the inspection I was told they can convince the insurance company to replace the roof. They showed me what ended up being a contract, but was not presented as such explicitly by name. I was asked to sign before they revealed the "fine print" on the back page - which involved having the insurance company sign the check over to Rex Roofing rather than me (I have USAA). This didn't sit well after discussing with several people and reviewing the fine print. I voided the contract within the 72 hour grace period so I can get a second opinion, gather additional quotes, and control my own insurance payout (if that happens). Instead of responding to me to confirm they received my email (always document in writing! With time stamps!) they forwarded it to the inspector who started texting me asking to "resolve" the situation. I explained, as I had in the email, that I would be taking my insurance payout myself and I requested a "cash price" quote from them. I was then told there was no way my insurance company would approve it without the inspector present, a number of wild assumptions and insinuations were made, and I was essentially berated by text by the salesman for exercising a legal right to void the contract. I had to block his number because he would not stop texting me to mansplain how I had no idea what I was doing as a homeowner and he was the only person who could convince my insurance adjuster to cover the roof. Turns out he was right - they talked me into opening a claim, the adjuster said the roof is perfectly fine and they would replace only one portion of one downspout that had hail damage. I can't tell you how the "value" of this company compares to others because they said they would do the work "for a price agreed upon with the insurance company" without providing a scope of work or any numbers of any kind in writing - so I guess they're not really interested in much besides doing the job for as much as they can squeeze out of the insurance company. I might not have made a USAA claim myself but everyone else in my family has.

We had had previous experience with them doing repair work on our old roof, so we knew they were honest and prompt. They took their service to a whole new level with our project, though. The removal of the existing cement tiles was extremely labor intensive and involved hauling off tons of material. Everything was very well choreographed and handled very quickly in phases. Repairs were made to the decking where necessary and new metal flashing was installed where needed. Then the new class 4 asphalt shingles were installed, some of that during a rather intense wind storm. Finally, new gutters were mounted. Throughout the entire project (including before and after), Scott Coleman was very responsive to our questions and made a point of keeping both the Board and residents informed of when their buildings would be under construction. There were always at least two supervisors/foremen on site during the entire project (kudos to Caden & Dave, in addition to Scott) to handle any problems that arose. All the work was completed in just under two weeks (when we had planned on at least three weeks) and our residents are very pleased. Scott and his company are somewhat of a rarity these days...honest, communicative and fairly priced. I highly recommend them for any roofing project you might be considering, whether single family or commercial.

Our roofs (I live in a condo/townhome community) were cement tile roofs, they lasted by the grace of God for 29 years. We changed to very good quality shingles and I didn't realize how much insulation a new roof provides. I live in AZ in the winters now and when I came home to Colorado for the spring and summer, I was freezing. The new roof was put on the week of April 29th (my building was the first done) and immediately, I could turn off my heat and felt warmth. We also had them replace all skylights which were replaced with better skylights that could withstand 2-inches of hail. Also, they devised some deviation to the new downspouts so that they would not get run over by the snowplows or other residents. Scott, Cayden (sp?) and Dave are the owners and at least one if not all three were on site during the whole experience supervising their workers. They all went above and beyond and I can't express what a pleasant experience although stressful this was because the owners made it pleasant and were on-site, answered questions, assisted with clean up, etc. Everything went oh soooo smoothly! If you decide to use this company in the future, you will be unexpectedly delighted. Great experience!

I called the owner several times, he was supposed to come out, never showed up, and never returned my call. I emailed him and he never responded!!!The other roof (a commercial property)  has leaked ever since it was supposedly repaired in August of 2019. Throughout the winter we called and communicated with the company to no avail. Finally during one of the recent rain storms, I was at the building and personally witnessed water streaming into the building. Ceiling tiles have become soaked and fallen down and buckets and wastebaskets are throughout the building where the leaks are taking place!! again no response from the company,Their work is deplorable, sub standard, and their warranties are non existent!!I would certainly say "DO NOT USE THEM"!!!! I put an RFP out to a few companies, and Drywall Finishing provided the solution for our needs…read more Greg came out and explained in detail what they would do and when. Took them about two days to fix the damaged areas, and they did it right. We had two areas that had 20 ft ceilings; they were able to handle the task at hand. Kelli and Mike stayed in contact with me during the entire project, which is a vital key to any project. We will be using them again on future projects. What's really nice is they do JUST Drywall.

I contacted Beau and with patience due to the fact that a lot of people were calling him, came and did an estimate within 3 days of the big wind storm. Estimate arrived by email two days later and we were off and running. Another review claims the cost for the website payment was high, he is more than willing to come by and collect a check or cash to eliminate the 3% card charge which is fair due to the charges that card companies charge. So that was a none issue in my eyes!! His crew went above and beyond from the time the project started until the end. My next door neighbor has a little dog so we needed to get it fixed right away. David responded promptly to my request for a quote and once I accepted it he put me on his calendar and had his team swing by and put up a temporary fence. The weather and the holidays injected some delays but David and Aurtero were able to get the fence up promptly. We are very pleased with the new fence.
