He has great communication skills, always keeping up with us via email or text. He had two other men he worked with and they were fast and polite. As a woman, I've felt uncomfortable being alone with or I've been condescended to by other contractors. I never felt this way with Elias and his team. That's worth a lot to me. We hired Quality Construction to install drywall and insulation in our basement. It was done fast and they did a good job. He was accommodating when we had to have them break for an electrician to come in. It was done in about three days. One of the guys accidentally broke a lamp and Elias offered to reimburse us for it. He's a stand-up guy and he does a great job.

Brian was very easy to communicate with and took care of ordering all of the supplies. They came by the following week and completed the install as scheduled. They were very tidy using drop cloths on the carpet and cleaned up after themselves; unlike a lot of handymen/ contractors. Our staircase not only looks better, but is as solid as a rock and not all wobbly like it was before. He found The Finishing Company. We advised Brian why rods we would like and that our stairwell was loose. Brian said no problem. We got our stair handrail fixed and new rods added in less than five hours. It is such an improvement. Brian is meticulous. He made sure to vacuum up dust every little step along the way. Because of Darren, we do it every day! Darren refinished a ~30 year old hardwood floor that had yellowed, shown wear from traffic, had missing pieces of wood, and damage from chemical spills. From the very first time I reached out, his communication was excellent. He visited our home to see the floor, take measurements, and recommend and explain a refinishing process. Darren gave us options for type of polyurethane, colors, finish (matte vs. gloss) while offering recommendations from his many decades of experience. Within several hours we had a very fair quote and were booked several weeks out.
