They also have an optical shop with a wide, variety selection of glasses for men, women & kids. On a personal note, Dr. Stacy Phillips was able to help me solve an on going issue with my left cornea by referring to another specialist doctor. I'm truly grateful for her for helping me resolve with what I thought was an "issue I just had to deal with" for the rest of my life.

The staff is always nice and it is clean. I am usually able to get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I gave a four is that the machine has went on the blitz several times in the middle of the testing. They have gotten it worked out during those times but I despise the testing because it takes longer than a typical test so I've had to prolong the testing.

The salesperson told me the tint would work for my outside job, however, when I wore my new glasses outside all day, the tint did not get dark like sunglasses. I came back to discuss my disappointment and options for making them darker as initially described. The sales lady tried to sell me new glasses for $300 more dollars on top of the $400 already paid. I initially was looking to replace my glasses with the same frames as before but talked to Nick about possible changing the sheen to a matte finish. He took my old glasses and machines them to a matte finish to show me what they looked like to help me see what that finish would look like. He definitely went above and beyond! Some years ago I had done business with Fairway and remembered the excellent customer service. In fact the only reason I really switched was they didn't have the frames I wanted. I digress. So after getting a completely outrageous quote I called Fairway and asked for Tina. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out she was still there. I explained my dilemma and all I can say is that Fairway came to the rescue once again. The prices were completely reasonable and Fairway stands 100% behind their product and customer service. I didn't think it was a stye, but hey, I'm not a doctor, so I just went with what he said. He referred me to another facility. Once I got to that facility weeks later, turns out, he was incorrect and should have never sent me to the other facility. The facility that he sent me to works very closely with him so they were very surprised when I showed up and everything that he had sent was incorrect. The other office apologized to me for making me wait and go through all of this hassle for nothing. They were pretty shocked about what happened. He wasted my time and my money, and I ended up having to go for a third appointment somewhere else. That also postponed my treatment. Dr. Schwerdtfeger (Dr. Joe) would not recommend. If you are a doctor and you were unsure of the next steps a patient needs to take, tell them that. I would have more respect for a doctor if they told me the truth, instead of sending me somewhere that couldn't help.

Well worth it for not having to have blurry, weird vision for the rest of the day. I see Dr. Yates, and my oldest comes here now too and looks forward to it. The office is very nice, and there is parking but it can be tight in the little adjacent lot. Nothing but good vibes here, good location, and I never dread my annual trip in.
