My bill has been fluctuating from what I signed up for to 2x and almost 4x what it should be. Online, there are not many details of the extra charges. Just boom, added charge. Also, I get charged by Sparkletts, Primo Water and something that shows up as Washington DC Water and Sewage. After some digging, ALL 3 are sparklets. There is something dirty happening, some kind of scam that is NOT OK. Someone should have some kind of oversight into this and get all the customers their money back. This can't be legal!!

From charging me for additional products I never ordered, to tacking on countless fees (bulk water minimum fee, paper invoice fee, delivery fee), to incompetent sales associates promising (but always failing) to fix the problems- I had to give up. The final straw was when I was charged more than ever during a month I was gone. How could I consume more gallons of water when I was out of the country for a month? How could I consume ANY water if I wasn't home? When I called to explain the issue AGAIN- I was met with an unapologetic and frankly argumentative sales associate. Instead of apologizing- she proceeded to "lecture" me on the difference between perception and reality. She insulted my intelligence by claiming I had no idea what was going on and she couldn't even entertain the thought that perhaps her company was in the wrong. I honestly don't like leaving negative reviews but I feel a responsibility to help out others. Save yourself money, time, and endless frustration by finding some place else to get your water.

The managers and staff here are friendly and available to help you out with any concerns or issues. Repairs are completed promptly and the manager and staff are available 6 days a week. The manager tries to go above and beyond to make each resident live comfortably. I'll never forget the day the manager passed out breakfast burritos with coffee and hot chocolate to each resident on their way to work beginning at 4am, during the holiday season. That was such a welcoming surprise. They have also held events to show appreciation to the residents as well. I won a $100 gift card to Starbucks from a resident raffle held at one of their resident pool parties! The actual apartment itself is awesome. I lived in a 2bed/2bath Lila Unit with a garage. The beautiful open floor layout was all on one story. It included two luxurious master suites with attached bathrooms and walk in closets. There is a shaded patio for each unit and plenty of storage space as well. Each unit has a washer and dryer inside without any need to go outside. Also a shaded assigned parking space and additional first come, first serve parking spaces. You will find great amenities here as well. A workout gym, a beautiful oversized pool with lounge chairs and plenty of umbrellas for shade, a jacuzzi, gated complex, secure mailboxes. This complex has it all! I recommend this complex if you want the best apartment living in the valley. I recommend it for sure!

My family and I were in a time crunch relocating from NorCal for work. The property manager Alejandra made the moving process so convenient and fast for us. Leasing agent Maggie has also been very helpful and friendly, she has made me and my family feel welcomed. Maintenance tickets have been resolved in a timely manner. I'm honestly impressed with how fast our maintenance tickets have been resolved. My apartment is beautiful and so spacious! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe and quiet place to live.

I have my guys keep the empties out of the trash for recycling so I can reward the crew with a lunch bbq. Well I took a truck load in on friday 7/9/21 and was told I could not recycle more that 100 pounds of water bottles. Wow news to me.... So now what, they suggested I give them all to them for .12 cents per pound instead of the going rate of $1.33 per pound....Then I offered to recycle 100 pounds and come back but oh no that's illegal in this state. It was all or nothing. So I asked if I could get my 100 pounds a donate the rest to the next people in line, that was acceptable to them. Long story short i gave up 90 pounds of water bottles to some man and wife trippled thier haul. Anyone ever hear this rule? Guys were nice about it but still.....WTF only in CA. "Recycle your plastic, but not to much...."
