We ordered 4 prescriptions to be sent to us since we are traveling…read more The pharmacy  neglected to put a refrigerate/perishable sticker and was sent UPS ground and sat unrefrigerated for 5 days. We contacted the pharmacy and the owner called back and basically told us it isn't their fault because there were instructions INSIDE the package! He argue with my wife and I for 20 minutes and then hung up and refused to resend the prescriptions at his expense but told us he would take 50% off of athe $400 we just spent for the original order and send a replacement for another $200. The owner never apologized and told us to take our business to another pharmacy. Now we are $400 and the medication my wife needs is useless. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ON A FIXED INCOME AND CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!
