    Red mulch by the yard

I'm pretty clueless when it comes to plants. I could actually qualify as a trained killer of just about anything that's put into the ground and requires watering. Overwater, underwater, direct sunlight, shade, they put it all into perspective here. I tell them I need something as hardy and difficult to destroy as a weed and they seem to have direction for me even when it comes to that. There's a huge selection at Romence Gardens to fulfill the needs of the hack to the horticulturist.

Definitely a day-maker! I've got admit I was nervous to see this pop up on our credit card statement, since it had about five birds of paradise and three gigantic gerbera daisies (truly the most vibrant and gigantic blooms I've seen -- they reminded me of prima ballerina tutus that were perfectly starched!) I would have expected that these eight stems alone, let alone any filler, would run a pretty penny. But when I glanced at our credit card statement, it was under $30. I can't tell you how many times I see people post photos of bouquets on Yelp and say how disappointed they are with what they got for the amount they paid (NOT at this particular business, just in general). The spot really bring the wow factor for a very affordable price in my opinion. That said, my husband probably picked out each bloom by himself and knows exactly what I like -- but the fact that they have flowers this lovely and don't charge an arm and a leg for them is definitely good info to have. There really are quite a few fabulous businesses and this particular stretch of Portage Road by West and Austin lakes -- I highly recommend checking out Polderman's, Trove, and West Lake pharmacy/gift shop If you're in this neck of the woods visiting Presidential Brewing, The Cove, or Latitude 42.

She says she's an "interior designer", but well......if you like the ratty clearance section at Hobby Lobby, you would like her style. The place is not at all warm and welcoming. These photos are just a very small percentage of the signs placed all over store. Business 101... No negativity in your signs/advertising ! Unfortunately, as the saying goes, there's a sucker born every minute. There's a high turnover of vendors who think they're going to make a killing on the little crafts and garage sale items they sell there. Let me save you the disappointment. You won't even break even. Most likely you'll lose money and move out quickly so the next unsuspecting victim can move in. The owner keeps store hours very limited because she pays the hourly help out of her pocket and it save her lots of money to have limited hours. All the while rent is due each month from vendors. You'd be better off selling on FB Marketplace, eBay, etc. Avoid this place at all costs.
