Very recently my mom passed at Sunrise at the age of 87, and the tears were flowing with the family and the staff which is why I used the word "caring" above. There was obviously a strong connection between the team and her (and my dad) which is not something you read in a contract, nor can it be fabricated. The foot soldiers are solid and do a job few of us want. Also, upper management does everything it can to make sure financial and daily needs are meeting expectations.
