The standard for us staff was to have things be good enough for our own Mom, Dad or Grandparents to live there. This is far from the case. It recently sold to an out of state corporation, but the same unprofessional and dishonest director is running it. Beware. There is only 1 maintenance employee for three (3) buildings in the area. How they are managing to provide proper service is a mystery, especially emergency service. They are also operating the housekeeping and dietary departments with grossly inexperienced staff and fewer staff than is needed to provide proper services. Steer clear of this place at all costs. I resigned my position, sadly, as I could no longer represent a declining product that was once so great. I felt it was a disservice to the seniors residing there.

A brand new black neck pillow & a pair of black hand cones. As well staff might consider taking a complete thorough assessment on new admissions. My husband is total care with Vascular Dementia, he won't drink on his own & of course he can't feed himself. Being given a sip of water throughout the day wasn't priority for staff. Feeding while food is warm wasnt a priority. The building was bright & clean & most of the staff was friendly. However, the patients must be the main focus & concern. He was found on the floor several times & it wasn't an urgent matter for the staff. Hospice care was notified. Afterwards my husband was welcomed back for another respite visit on another unit.
