They got me right in, prescribed some medicine to relieve my back but wanted me to get my ankle X-rayed. Unfortunately I went in on a Sunday afternoon and they don't do X rays there so I had them done on Monday. Once they received the results Samantha immediately called to let me know it was in fact fractured. She referred me to an orthopedic doctor who I was able to get in the next day. She also was insisting I not bear any weight on my ankle until I saw them. She was so kind to help me figure out where to get crutches delivered. She was so helpful and caring. This was the second time I have used this Urgent Care and have great experiences both times! Thanks for your help! I'm only giving 4 stars because they don't do X rays.

From the first step in the front door, I felt well taken care of. Service was fast and efficient. This locations really went above and beyond. There was zero wait time and the doctors and nurses…read morereally went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The doctor seems super knowledgeable and very thorough going through my wife's medical records going years back to help in his diagnosis. Special shout out to Dr Josh Newsom and Dr Brian McParland. Both went above and beyond in our care. I don't recall the names of the nurses and other staff but they were amazing as well. I recently had a poor experience with another Corewell location and was reluctant to go to this location but I'm glad I did go. I can not speak highly enough about the care we received and the knowledge and care of the staff. From checking in to making my wife had enough blankets to asking me I need anything to make me more comfortable the staff really blew us away. Ive never experienced care like this any hospital or ER setting.

After leaving the parking lot of 2 urgent care places that listed their hours as being open, but they weren't, we came here. This is a first class operation. You'd think you're in a fully equipped hospital, and you wouldn't be far off. Dr Awada is awesome. He talked to us as he did the stitches (she needed 6, so we got to talk a lot). He met Dr Fauchi 20 years ago. He worked with Doctors Without Borders in Mozambique. And, the work was relatively quick and it looked perfect. The wait at the ER nearby was seven hours today. We were in and out of here in about an hour and a half. The only downside? They don't accept insurance. That's not as bad as it sounds, since it's January and we're not even close to meeting our deductible. A hospital would've charged significantly more than the $250 we paid today. Dr Awada is also a primary care physician. We were considering changing doctors anyway, and I think we've just found our new family doctor.
