(Long detailed review about our service) If I could give Ceaser 100 stars I would. Me and my friends were driving down the 18 from big bear and we heard a hissing sound after hitting a rock. Ended up being stranded on the side of the road in a dangerous spot with a pop tire at 11:45am. Triple A said we were going to get help at 3:30 pm. Got a call and they said they are 6 hrs behind and we are getting a tow truck soon. It's 7 pm, it's dark, starting to rain, and we are still on the side of the road. Tow company says they have to drop a car off in Thousand Palms then they will come for us next. After waiting the 7 hrs, we decided to call Ceaser. He was super understanding and genuine. The service we choose was (tire replacement). Meaning, he would pick up our pop tire, go down to a tire shop, get it replaced, and come back up to install the new one. We gave him a deposit (because people get him to drive places all the time and leave, so it insures he has nothing to lose for driving to the destination). He shared his location and vice versa so we knew where he was and he knew exactly where we were on the mountain. This put our minds at ease, so we weren't wondering how much longer, or if he was going to run with our money. Its now 8pm, took him 45 min to get to us; instead of picking up the tire, he took all of us down with him to use the bathroom and to get something to eat. Went to the tire shop (it's open 24/7), was asked if we wanted a used or new tire, "Ceaser recommended used" (tire had a lot of life left like 90% tread, and it only cost us $77, compared to the new tire would've cost way more but to each their own); got the tire replaced, then went back up the mountain. He installed the tire and told us he will follow us down to make sure we were okay because it was super foggy and it was raining. Made it down and THAT WAS THE END OF OUR NIGHTMARE. Truly blessed to find Ceaser's yelp. He gave us options after options, was detailed about the pricing for everything and was honest with his opinion. I utilized Romero's Werkz about two weeks ago and I have to say, it was by far THE BEST tow experience I have ever had. My motorcycle broke down and was waiting on BMW roadside to find a tow truck driver for me. A couple hours had passed and still no word from BMW. So I took it upon myself to message a few people on yelp. Caesar (owner) answered my message within a couple minutes and even went above and beyond and personally dealt with BMW so he could tow my bike and still have BMW cover it. Caesar arrived earlier than expected and made the entire process 100% painless. He even let me ride with him to the BMW dealership, which saved me an Uber ride. BMW roadside offers a free Uber to dealership or home. I was stuck in San Bernardino area and I live in downtown LA. So, because Caesar let me ride with him, I was able to utilize that Uber home, saving me around $128!!! *** Romero's Werkz is my go to tow service when I'm in the San Bernardino area. I know he even services LA and All the way to Palm Springs too! *** Romero's Werkz price was WELL below everyone else's and was able to provide a tow about 60-90 minutes sooner than anyone else. **^ Caesar is a great person.
