I got rental vehicle keys stolen out of my backpack so I had to call for towing services to get the vehicle back to Hertz. The person I spoke with on dispatch was very helpful and understanding. Provide reassurance and had a tow truck within 15 min to where I was. Daniel (tow truck driver) knew his stuff when he arrived. Got the vehicle latched. Unlocked it so I can remove valuables from the vehicle and even sent a text message to let me know vehicle got delivered. (I had asked for a confirmation of delivery of the vehicle at hertz to make sure hertz didn't go about saying vehicle was never dropped off). The team at allied was hands down one of the best I have dealt with. They even do an inspection of the vehicle to make sure there's no damage on it or done by them. I was referred by AAA to tow my truck and trailer, after i sent a few pictures of truck and trailer, I was told, they don't have the proper equipment or experience personnel to tow my tru and trailer unless I wait 2 1/2 hours for them to get someone, I told them I couldn't wait that long, to tell AAA to get me someone else. this company called AAA and told them, they couldn't tow me, because my truck was modified, my truck has a lift, and I had been towed before with other companies and I never had an issues before. The reason for my tow was because someone stole our keys to our vehicles. AAA sent over Allied towing when I wasn't present because I was with Riverside PD getting my other vehicles recovered from theft. The tow distance was only 5 minutes & Allied Towing managed to cause over $3000 in damages within minutes. Because I wasn't present, it's my statement against theirs. Our driver was great! The other towing company told us they were gonna be there in about 2 hours but Moises came in about 45 mins. There was also a bit of confusion with our location because we weren't at the exact address we had given them but he called right away when he couldn't find us. He was quick and very nice.
