ASKED TO strip, clean up and rebuild. Promise and provided lead time to 5/14 to pick up. During the week time span, asking for updates, colors no response. Called no response. 5/14 came around, meet at the shop to check out the work. Very disappointed, he didn't stripped the powder coat down like previously request, paint straight on top of powder with no primer. (Like a botch job). Asked eddie martinez (the business owner) why he did this?. His response was "I was from job to job and didn't have time and asked a friend to finish for me". Utter disappointment, and somehow I felt bad for the guy and believed the story. So i decided to extend the lead date so he can proper finish the job. 5/19 Asked if the wheels were ready to pick up. And eddie's excused was "my parents got to a car accident and can't do it rn". I don't understand why he has to lie like that and provide misinformation. So i want to give him the last chance to do it and asked if he can get it done Friday 5/29. He said "he'll do it". 5/29 came around ask him if is done, no response. Told him i would be there pick up the wheel 3pm. But want to come in early to check his credibility. Trusted my instinct, i was right, played me By a fool, didn't strip down, said he'll sand blasted to clear out all the chipping. Didn't go through with it. Btw, the job is ($500), asked for a full refund, said that was labor and paint he going to eat. Only refund $400, with damaged rims. Have to draft a demand letter through my attorney and request his to pay me. Then caved in and willing to only refund the $400. Thieves stealing $100 from me. Don't do business with him ever, only want cheap and fast job. No business license and worked within a bodyshop, have to escalate through the shop owner for him to call back and pay up.

I will be going back for any future issues my family van has…read more I am extremely happy my partner and I decided to go with Manny's tire shop for our initial issue which ultimately kept us coming back to Manny's Shop for other issues that arose with our used family vehicle. First we needed a tire patch, the service was fast and friendly. Price for the patch was very reasonable and upon further inspection we were given the advice to really consider new tires due to the state our current tires were in. The tires we were using were on their last threads and balding very bad. We are a growing small family of 3 with another little one on the way so we truly appreciated the advice. We realized that we definitely needed to buy all four brand new tires for our van after we needed another patch driving these SB roads. After asking around we found the best deal with Manny regarding new tires. So we went back and again the service was fast and friendly. Which leads us to the next issue we were experiencing with our used van- we were experiencing shaking of our vehicle once we would attempt to go past 70mph, the check engine light was on, we were leaking coolant. The van needed help and Manny assured us that his mechanics could get the job done. Other mechanics we inquired about the ongoing issues with our van wanted to charge ALOT and wanted to keep our vehicle for more than a week to fix the issues... We could not afford what the other mechanics were asking for and with my on going baby appointments we were concerned on how our family would get around. We got the best deal and reassurance that the van would get fixed through Manny and his team. We had Miguel and Ruben working on our van recently and we are beyond thankful. All of the issues we had were fixed! This shop offers help in English and Spanish. If I could recommend them to everyone. I would definitely suggest going to Manny's Shop for any issues you may have and seeing if they can help. Lasty I would say that the communication we received was great considering I had a lot of questions and would call asking for updates because I was anxious- I would say overall I definitely did not need to call as much but I'm thankful for all the reassurance I received regardless. They're closed on sundays! Not that this was an issue- the team definitely deserves a day off after all the hard work they do. The elderly man with the fedora hat and drives a white Silverado, told me after inspection that I definitely needed an oil pump and timing chain. Everything about this started great. He told me what parts I needed and how long my car would be down so I went and bought the parts and he charged me $3200 labor plus an additional 100 for miscellaneous stuff. A grand total of $3300 he charged me to ruin my car. I contacted him and told him what exactly happened to my car and why did his mechanic put so much torque on my timing chain tension or, that it caused the tension at a snap and having metal pieces floating around my motor causing my motor to seize. 3 different mechanics backed up that surmise and the cars now at Ella sex motor works in San Bernardino. Alex has done an amazing job noting every single thing wrong with the car after it came to angels tires and car care to get ruined. I asked the gentleman that owns the place if I could talk to as a mechanic and he said that I could not in fact, I'd have to talk to him so I asked him, how do you wanna do this how do you wanna handle that he said he didn't want to so I told him politely locate I'll see you in court and hung up on him. Not only that, but a digger size too . I told her again that I just called. She said that the guy who answered the phone is not at the location, he is at another location. I said wth is he saying tires are in stock if he doesn't even know!!!!!. STAY AWAY from Alicia's circus ... I mean Alicia's Tires. What a JOKE!!!
