Well as promised Lance & ROMEX came back 1 month after our initial service and the main goal as Lance decribed very well was trying to lower my wifes anxiety over her fear of spiders. I'd have to say I'm getting a lot more sleep at night too, no screams coming from the bathroom in the middle of the night. Understand, we had a pest control service and this was happening frequently. When we started to get roaches, and not because of my wifes cleaning habits, I had to switch to ROMEX and it's been Lance providing the battle against our pest problem. Lance has obliterated our roach motel, have not seen one filthy little multiplier since our intial spray by Lance. Now again, I wasn't at home during our service, but honestly I don't need to be, my lovely arachnophobic provides me with all the details. We are ecstatic over the results we have seen this past month and I'm truly blessed to have Lance provide protection and for taking a swing with ROMEX. I'd say its a home run!! read more

I started using Romex in June 2020. I was first a bit skeptical of the company because I didn't know anything about the company nor had I done my research. So far I have no complaints the ingredients they use seem to be working with the Usual summer bugs . I have had a minor problem with kitchen little black ants from time to time , but thanks to Blayne he came out and sprayed , laid little bug traps and assured me that it should resolve the problem. I was really impressed with his professionalism and willing to take care of my needs. I will be requesting that Blayne be the technician that will service my home. read more

Michael did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The main company in Utah will promise you things, for instance, we asked about attic treatments and the main office said it comes with the first service, however, when Michael came for the first service, he said attic treatments were $99.00 extra. Michael heard me on the phone about to cancel my service (Which is a year agreement for 7 treatments $200 for the initial and $99.00 after that) and he agreed to treat my attics as a friendly jester since we both served in the military. I recently moved into a new home near Piedmont. We are in a new development area, so there are a ton of bugs running around. We had these guys come out to see what they could do. They treated the interior of our home as well as the entire outside of the property. David was the gentleman that did the spraying. He was terrific! Sales rep Landon was pleasant to to work with. We have had techs Seth and Leon out the last two treatments. Both techs were very knowledgeable and efficient. The interior and exterior of our home was treated, including our back yard for ticks as we live backed up to a greenbelt with many deer visiting our yard. Joseph was on time even a little early but stayed until I arrived. We walked the entire perimeter of my house and he showed me what he had done on the outside prior to my arrival.
