This is a great company to work with and we would recommend them to everyone.

I didn't know that service like this still existed in the world. Raul and his team were absolutely…read morededicated to my happiness with my kitchen floor. The communication and follow-up were impeccable, and they were very accommodating for making appointments, too. My situation is I have recession rent, so that my landlord wouldn't help us out with the work that needed to be done on our kitchen floor. I thought we had linoleum, but Raul identified it as PVC. I wish we had a more environmentally acceptable flooring, but at least I found a green-friendly cleaner. We saved the tiles from the dump/incineration and got them cleaned up and covered a double coat of wax on them, which turned them from yellowish grey to sky blue. I also learned that with waxed floors you shouldn't scrub or use harsh acidic cleaners on them - that only compromises the finish more. A team of 4 guys came over for about 4 hours for the process of stripping and rewaxing. This is also a family company and Raul stuck around for his guys making sure everyone and everything was doing well. In the end, I felt that I had gotten a very good value for the man hours and expertise. It gets even better if you can split the cost amongst roommates. Now our kitchen floor feels fantastic underfoot and I actually know how to take care of it. I highly recommend this company and will gladly send you pictures of the work they did on our floor.

The cleaners were quick to book (within 2 days) and on time (3-3:30 window, showed up right at 3 pm). They texted ahead of time (instead of calling).
