She provided us a very competitive quote and we had her come do the cleaning the same week. Vanesa and her team did a great job! The quote she gave us was for two hours and her team spent the entire two hours maing sure our home was spotless. I was not pleased. She charged $140 for the agreed upon task, which I felt was too much for what they delivered. She said it would be about 3 hours or less if they get it done sooner, 2 women. They rushed through the job at a speed that seemed careless to me. I had a lot of space to cover, but after they left, I noticed the floors had foot prints and streaks of dirt that I had to wiped up, they did not wipe the kitchen doors hand dirt that I showed that needed to be done, and they never put the bathroom back together after washing the tub and floor, shower curtain still tied up and rug still put aside. They did sweep off my porch on the way out as I was paying therm. But I just felt like they were there for the money. read more

We have been using them for many years but recently their cleaning quality has deteriorated. They are always in a rush, have broken many things including an expensive mirror, many knick knacks, microwave vent panel and caused big dent on the wooden floor. Not going to use them anymore. read more

Vanessa and her crew pf 3 women were the very best. I used her to help clean out the home I was moving out of. They called it the "move out" package. I also asked if they could clean the exterior of the windows as well as the inside. They cleaned the home and left it in better condition than when we had moved in 2 1/2 years ago. I'm still sitting here in awe! Vanesa and Eberly came by earlier today to clean my apartment. I'd been on a bit of a bad luck streak with cleaners lately (last minute cancellations, weird habits like washing my pots in the bathroom, and some really mediocre/lazy work with dust left everywhere. This has by FAR been the best experience. Both ladies were super friendly, patient when it took a bit for me to get to the door to let them in, and the place looks AMAZING. I mean, everything is all sparkly clean and shiny. I loved that they actually moved things around to ensure everything was clean since it can be annoying to sometimes think the place is clean, only to find dirt and dust shoved under corners and tables. They brought their own supplies and were insanely efficient....my 1 br/1ba was in tip top shape in under an hour and a half. I've had cleaners come for 4+ hours and things weren't nearly as clean as Vanesa was able to do. Prices were incredibly reasonable as well and setting up a time was a breeze. I can't thank them enough and am excited to have them back again very soon. :) read more

Vanesa Romano is such a find! I have tried several house cleaners in the past and she is by far the best. The work is thorough and spotless. I find that when she cleans the floor, she gets behind and under furniture, which not all cleaners do. I wanted to love Vanesa and her team. I found her to be incredibly personable and responsive when we met (this was some time back). It took me ages to talk my husband into hiring someone to help keep the house clean, so I was really excited when I found her and we both liked her. We had her and her team come in twice- the first time we came home to a clean house, but the finish on our stove was completely ruined. She said she had used Simple Green, but we've always used Simple Green to clean and have never had that, or any other cleaner we keep in the house cause anywhere close to that damage (the big bummer is, we rent). I called her, she was incredibly apologetic about it, and I decided to ask them to come back again. This time, they didn't show. My husband was over it at this point, but I decided to give them one more shot and scheduled another appointment. This time we came home and I found that there were still cob-webs around the light fixtures, spots on the floor that had been missed, etc... so I decided that was that. I'm glad others have had such a positive experience with her, she really, really seems like a genuinely lovely person, but for me three misses is all I could do. read more

Vanesa is very nice and the first cleaning was terrific. Second was also good. Then things unfortunately went downhill. A very poor job was done (dust everywhere, dirt/dust visible on the floor in the kitchen, guest bathroom toilet not touched). I am not a complainer but it was too much so I called and she offered to come the next day to do it (which was nice) but we had houseguests arriving that morning and the whole point was I needed the house clean before they arrived so I had to just do it myself late at night after a long work week. Then the next time they came, the same issues - only dusted about half the surfaces (our house really isn't very big and not a lot of trinkets/things to dust) and broke some stuff in the bathroom. Vanesa apologized about it and remained very professional but I don't have time to worry about whether things are actually getting cleaned. The whole point is that I would like to pay someone to clean my house. We are not using them again. read more

Vanessa Romano is the kind of house cleaner you want in your home. Honest, thorough, friendly, often able to do additional services on the fly when needed (errands, kid care, dinner). She has family members who sometimes help, all just as friendly and honest. She will leave your house clean and refreshed and you will be happy to pay for it. Her rates are reasonable. Vanessa has been taking care of my family and our home for 7 years now, and I know another family that's been with her for at least 10 years. Her husband Christian is also skilled in tile work and carpentry and is able to do a number of projects around the house, excellently and at reasonable cost. They are a lovely family from Argentina and really deserve business, and you will no doubt want to welcome them into your home once you meet Vanessa.
