Not sure how this company has 5 star ratings. This is the worst cleaning company I have ever hired. 1. They have ruined our bathroom countertops and faucets by using abrasive bristle brushes. The fixtures are just a couple of months old and now, they're full of scratches. 2. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had explicitly asked for oven cleaning while scheduling the cleaning. But the cleaners didn't get oven cleaning spray on the day of cleaning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 3. Cleaning is below average as well. Shower door has soap scum/spots all over. When asked, the cleaning lady told that she needs a special cleaning solution/spray for that. But when I tried using scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner, I was able to clean it. 4. Stove has greasy spots. Overall, very poor cleaning. Hire them at your own risk. read more

Be careful of this Stenio Duarte. He is not insured. His cleaners are the worst and most vicious cleaners I have ever used. They have broken my blinds, my pull out faucets (by pulling the cords too hard), veneer covers on my kitchen table with abrasive chemicals, veneer cover on my bed by breaking it off while changing sheets, broken my vanity shield on my desk by hitting it with the vacuum, chipped my brand new bathroom countertops, scratched dresser drawers and more. I had to put up with him because my wife is fighting double breast cancer with dual mastectomies and I am busy at work and she can't help or supervise the cleaners. She discovers the damage after they leave. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Stenio denies and never helps or fixes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He just continues to charge premium prices to have cleaners that aren't even his employees come out to do a surface clean and cause damage and cover it up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He is not responding to me. He has blocked my number after I sent him the video of the broken vanity shield on my desk[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I wish I could get him to pay for my repairs or to at least not continue harming other people. This guy is the worst. His company is the worst. Hire a cleaning service run by the owner so that at least they have skin in the game to not damage your stuff. It's not fair because I did a full remodel last year and the entire inside of my house is new. All my furniture is new. His people are just coming in to destroy everything I paid for. *I forgot to mention - scratched stainless steel new stove with some type of abrasive brush or something. We had a fair amount of reluctance before pulling the trigger to invite essentially strangers into our home and our lives to help take care of our home. But we've found it to be so helpful, and the crews at Sandra's Maid Service have been great. Sandra's has been cleaning our home for several months now, coming over every other week. For the first clean, they did a deep clean on our whole house, and after that they've been doing just our bathrooms and kitchen. At first, I wasn't quite sure how I felt about Sandra's having multiple crews. I was worried that I'd have a large group of people I wouldn't recognize going in and out of my home. And I was worried that different crews wouldn't remember how we wanted things to be done. But to my surprise, all the crews remember the particular details we're... well... particular about. And because there are only a few crews and we've met all of the folks who clean our house, we've found our worries to be unwarranted. I also appreciate how open they are to feedback. I'm picky about the floors, so I asked them if they could focus on making them streak-free, and they've been doing great since I've asked. And I asked them to leave the trash by the garage door and all the crews do that as well. It's nice that they coordinate with each other. We have been using this cleaning service for over a year now and we are extremely pleased with them. We started getting a cleaning service after getting a dog and realizing that we need once in a while mopping. They are extremely friendly with our dog as well! What I like about Sandra's Maid Service is that the cleaners are always prompt and on time. Duarte communicates via text and is very responsive. They are in and out in 2.5-3 hours and leave the house very clean. They actually listen to our requests for example, if I ask can you pay extra attention to the fridge today? or the tub? they are on it. They always arrange things, if there is a mess, in a way that makes sense. And sometimes provide an extra touch, like putting fresh sheets on the bed (if I have set them out) or finishing up the dishes.
