She has skill, training, experience and a great personality. She doesn't talk down to you or make you feel like you're not cool enough to be there. Within minutes of explaining what I wanted done she had a plan and explained everything that needed to happen for me to achieve it. I've been there 4 times now and look forward to each visit. I know when I leave I'm going to be looking good! People compliment my hair all the time. The salon is modern, clean and has a nice vibe to it. It's classy but not full of itself, ya know? The stylists look like people, not wanna be models and you feel comfortable with yourself. They offer you drinks and even a snack if you're going to be there awhile.
