Our Rogue has had an invisible target on its back door since September 2022, when it was struck from behind on the Interstate. Not our fault and luckily, everyone was ok. In April 2023, another rear-end accident that wasn't our fault. No injuries, thank God. Our Rogue was a mess again. State Farm oversaw our repair process both times, and they were quick and caring about it. Our agent, Rick Hittle, was there when we had any questions. The claims agents treated us with concern, and answered all of our questions, also. We immediately had a rental car to use. Our vehicle came back in spotless condition from the repair shops. There is always a question about which insurance company to ask to handle a claim when the accident isn't your fault; the insurance company of the driver who caused the accident, or the company you know. Both times, we have trusted State Farm, and both times, we have not been disappointed. Now, they are subrogating against each drivers' insurance companies to get our deductible and their money back. Thanks for being a company we can trust, State Farm, and Rick Hittle. We are grateful customers.

Our family has used State Farm Insurance since 1978. We have been with Rick Hittle for most of…read morethose years. We've had a minimal claim record. A major hailstorm in June 2024 that totaled the roof. After stalling for weeks, State Farm sent an assessor over who assessed damage just under our deductable. State Farm's estimate was $60 thousand dollars less than several roofing estimates I had gotten while waiting for State Farm. My repeated requests to have a State Farm, representative review the damage was treated by Rick Hittle as if I was totally unreasonable. I even called the State Board of Insurance to inquire whether it was reasonable to ask for a second opinion from our insurance carrier. Hittle adopted a victim stance as if I was being a "bully". I paid for a licensed independent adjustor and was told that my claim was valid, and they encouraged me to pursue arbitration. This resulted in State Farm stalling for a total of 8 months, which involved leaks in 4 different rooms as I was advised not to do repairs until the adjustors reached an agreement. Surprise, State Farm said that the hail damage was too old, and that though we had State Farm Insurance for all those decades, they weren't responsible. Once it became clear that State Farm was not going to pay, I had to get a loan and pay myself. Hittle was NO help whatsoever. It feels like elder abuse to me!

And Pat White has so far been the complete opposite. What you don't see in his description above it that he is also involved with financial services. We had to demand that his lackeys stopped calling us for financial services, stop sending us paper work on State Farm credit card information, stop calling and telling us we needed to come in and have a meeting (which is just a sales pitch for his financial services) and at this time we are researching other Insurance companies in our area. I remember going in a while ago because something was odd on our statement. The office seemed out of sorts and I was extremely frustrated and Pat strolled by me and with a smug look asked me if the problem had to do with my premium increasing? As if he had waves of people flooding his office for the same reason. I also had an instance with a possible claim and spoke directly with Pat about it and instead of doing the miniscule amount of research to find out if it actually was possible to claim on this particular problem he automatically forwarded my call to the claims department. I had to go through the whole ordeal of filing, talking to claims people, waiting for weeks, calling back, etc. just to be told I wasn't covered. It would have taken Pat 2 minutes to look it up.
