So my mistake my son locked my card in middle of the night after he used it for something he had no idea I needed it open. So I got up and tried to check my account to see what I needed to pick up that day and it was DISABLED. I tried calling it said call this number I called it they said oh no call this one then that one said email them. Finally one of the sellers on one of my invoices called me thank god. He said call them and they will answer now so i did. This VILE LOSER OF A HUMAN KIRSTEN says oh we disabled it because you racked up an account and didnt pay it thanks alot. I said um not what happened I said I have been trying to get any of you to call me back alllllllll day ivve called about 9 times and emailed more by this time. She said so you can give me a card and we will pay your invoices. I said well i would like to see exactly what they are first before you start just charging away. I said can you open my account back up so that i can take care of them that way so my account is good and I can see exactly what it is. She said uhh NO IM NOT ENABLING AN ACCOUNT FOR SOMETHING LIKE YOU.. WAY TO GO FOR NOT PAYING YOUR INVOICES. I said excuse me. I said why wouldnt someone call to say hey not sure if you know but 2 invoices went through and then just stopped. it would haec been fixed almost immediately if they did that. She was so rude and vile and acted like she might be abused at home and work is the only place she tries to have some sort of control. I think she knew that wasnt working with me. Long story short, the company ended up buying two keyboards that wouldn't work for my laptop. And then after they told me they couldn't do the job, I found an hour later that my USB chip for my mouse was gone. I'll give them credit, they drove 20 minutes to drop off the chip and were apologetic throughout the process. However, this does not take away from the fact that I felt that my experience was quite the headache and I had the increasing perception that the company lacked competence. Again, maybe I just had an unlucky experience, but personally I would not recommend this shop.
