Okay, the fact that this is the first time I've been to this place is insane! We came into town and I couldn't wait to come here. I check out bookstores in every single city I visit and I'm so sad I've never even looked beyond Pinetop. The selection of books is mind-blowing. Room, after room, after room of genres that are endless. Books for everyone, not just selective books. Like some stores try to do. I could have spent HOURS in this place. The selection of vintage books is also to die for. My husband found alot too. I couldn't believe the prices either. Books that should be $10 plus marked down to $3 and the staff was so cute. They gave me stickers and a cute pin! We ended up spending less than $50 on not only brand new books but yeah the vintage ones too that were easily $50 at any other store. Let me start by saying that locally owned used bookstores are some of my favorite places to visit when I go on vacation. This locally owned spot is around the back of the building tucked away in the basement of the building. When we first walked in I was immediately in love with it. It's beautifully organized. The books seem to go on forever and there are genres for everyone here. Everything is clearly labeled and it's all alphabetical by author's last name so you can easily find whatever you're looking for. The folks we interacted with were friendly, kind, and helpful as well. If you need help definitely don't hesitate to ask. The discount book section is really fun to dig through and my mom ended up with one of the bags loaded with books for a good price. I actually ended up buying one of the new books from the front area and it was comparable in price to what you can get it for on Amazon. I'd rather the local business have that than the giant corp so I didn't mind. I would say that their prices are decent but not quite as low as other places. They're still priced well though and it's definitely worth stopping in to have a look if you're in the area. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. read more

They seem to have material to suit any taste, and this is a great spot if you are looking to grab a gift for somebody or get something to read yourself. The kids enjoyed going in and they had plenty to choose from as well. read more

These books can be overpriced for used books. I wish the prices are listed on the actual book and not the wall because you are always taking a risk of that book being on the higher end and they almost always are for me. I wish they were labeled for us to know and it doesn't become a guessing game when you get to the register. I love having my kids pick out books but it becomes irritating when I think it's $2 because I can find it for that price used online and I get to the register for it to be $5. It's hard for a parent with a budget to not know what the price is up front. When you trade in books, they do not communicate very well what happens after. They told me to leave my number and they'd call. A month and a half later I had to reach out and found out how much trade in value I had. Most places offer cash or trade in and I planned on getting cash so I was annoyed that it wasn't communicated that it would only be store credit. Also, when you buy new books your trade in value only gives you half off instead of just taking it off your amount. I would never have traded my books in here if I had known any of this up front. I'm glad we have a bookstore in town, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of less. read more

Tad, the owner, has acquired an outstanding collection of books to suit any taste. My own preference is of a medieval/classical bent, and on my last visit, I found more than a few gems. WMB is also a great place to relax with your purchases and read, or engage in conversation, as one prefers. I look forward to my next visit! read more
