I called Christopher this weekend because I know he won't speak with my husband because my husband has OCD and Christopher couldn't take it. When I called him I wanted him to come take a look because one year was almost up and I had a few things that I wanted to check. He refused to come over and accused me of all kinds of horrible things. In my mind, he voided his warranty he refused to come over. I now think he's blocked me because he hasn't read or answered my text. As I said, his work is absolutely amazing but his customer service and his temper definitely leave a lot to be desired

The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was pleased and told him that I would like to have him back to complete the other side of my property. However, a good number of the plants didn't make it. I waited until early summer, but the plants and some of the trees were dead. I call him, texted him, emailed him and received no response. I sent a certified registered letter and he rejected it. Rhett Goslar, is not honoring the contract, and now it is up to me to replace all plants and trees that he is refusing to replace. To this date, I expect to be out about $1,000 just to replace the trees and plants. This does not include labor which could be another $2,000. Do not hire Rhett Goslar. He is not an honorable businessman.
