When the USDA was reviewing our packet they pointed it out and we received an email from Atlantic Pacific with it. IT WAS DATED FOR 7/2/14, we received it on 7/22/14 @ 6pm, our closing was scheduled for 7/25/14. Needless to say we missed our closing date and were forced to push it out in hope that the sellers still wanted to sell to us. The only reason we went with them was because our Realtor recommended him because he was "detail oriented". If that were true this wouldn't have happened.

Liberty mutual sent multiple letters to them, and then finally to me, so that i knew there was a balance. But you would think that after all that, the company would have forwarded me the mail, or told Liberty that i am not their client. RUNNNNNN from this company.

When speaking with them after seeing this, the woman on the phone proceeded to tell me that our payment was 32 days late. Which I don't agree with, but doesn't matter. They don't care, like a lot of big corporations, knowing that Americans are struggling they don't care. By the way, this isn't the only negative experience I've had with this company.
