Pull in and there's a one-way line at the side of the store and a sign "pull up here, we will see you stay in your car" There were a few of us there, I figured I'd follow the instructions, get in line, call the store... I didn't have a chance to pull out my phone, even as the 3rd car in line, there was someone at my window in seconds! Wearing masks, the gentleman asked my name and reminded me he needed to see some photo ID/Driver's licence when he came back with my order. Wow - these staff must have genes of The Flash because they ALL were in and out in record time! My order came back, showed my licence, and they dropped it on the front seat of the car. I'm a huge fan. The process this year was stellar.

I could not use it because I do not have a cel . The girl at the checkout attempted to try putting it through manally but it did not work. Another person tried to no success. She called for a Manager. The Manager said you need a cel to read the QR code. It was a useless gift. He then said he would fix the problem by giving me a Home Depot card for the same value. I was stunned. TI did not thing that kind of customer dervice was still happening. HE gave it to me ,I said Thank you and went to hand him my E-Card and he said keep it maybe you will figure it out or call the company and see if they could help. I have purchased other major appliances from these same associates in the past, and those shopping experiences were also extremely favourable. After taking extra time to physically walk thru and check the rear warehouse for in stock fridge and stove, which produced a limited result, they proceeded to find inventory in other stores and called them to confirm that inventory was in fact there. During the entire customer service experience, Justice and Lexi were friendly and helpful. They were able to secure a fridge and stove with delivery this week. Very grateful for all their efforts which extended beyond what I normally experience in other retail environments!
