I visited a couple surgeons for breast augmentation and felt comfortable with Dr. Schuster right away. His team was great and understanding also since I was a little nervous about the whole procedure at first. I was a 32A pre-surgery and decided to go with the Ideal Implant at 360cc. I could not be happier with the results! My boobs look completely natural and still soft. I have not lost any sensation anywhere and the side effects were minimal compared to the result. The scar has faded a lot and it's very hard to see. All my friends think my boobs look great now and a couple of them even said they want it done also. Dr. Schuster is wonderful. Last year I turned 50 and hated my crepey neck and marionette lines. So I consulted with 3 doctors. Dr. Schuster stood above the rest. I decided to have a necklift and lower facelift. He was very informative when it came to the procedure, meds and recovery process. I loved staying over night post op in case of issues. Dr Schuster was right there in the morning checking on me. The hospital staff had flattering things to say about him and Dr Schreiber. Great surgeon! Answered all of my questions, made me at ease, and performed amazing work. This was my first surgery (breast augmentation) and it went extremely well. I was very nervous and couldn't make up my mind about a few things. I trusted him and ended up with perfect results. He listened to all of my concerns and prepped me accordingly. The office staff experience was HORRIBLE. I scheduled my appt deliberately on a day when they were supposed to stay open late, 6:30pm, because I work. I got a call 5 days before my appt asking if I could come in at 6pm which I obliged to. Come appt day, I got 2 calls asking if I could come in at 5pm, which meant taking time off to come in. I said no and kept my rescheduled appt at 6pm. Fast forward to appt time, I left my office at 5pm to reach Dr. Schuster's by 6pm. 45 mins later, still in traffic, I did the courteous thing and called the office to notify them I was going to be late. After being put on hold twice, I spoke 3 different people trying to reschedule me for times in the middle of a work day because they couldn't be bothered to stay late, even though my ORIGINAL appt was for 6:30pm. Don't offer "late" appts and then try to reschedule for earlier, and not be accommodating. So two hours later still in the car sitting in traffic, not to see the doctor...don't BOTHER. read more
