Before my appointment, I got courtesy appointment reminder text messages and calls. These were very helpful reminders. The front desk staff at Massage Envy are usually helpful and friendly. They've helped explain different add-on services to me in the past and personalized services that fit my needs. The first time I was here, they also showed me where the waiting area is. They have a Meditation Room/ Waiting Area for guest to hang out in before their appointments. There's a complimentary water station and a TV that plays different promotions and services they offer. There are a few Himalayan Salt Stone diffusers around. As well as pamphlets of different "Wellness Add-On/ Enhancements" for massage or skincare sessions. I found these helpful to browse over before the start of my session. For my most recent massage appointment, LOVE was my massage therapist. She is SUPER DUPER AWESOME!!! I really liked that she brought me back to the massage room promptly at my appointment time and not minutes after. She has a very calming demeanor that helps to make the whole process more relaxing and chill. She took the time to go over the details in my chart (I run hot and prefer the warmer on the table to be turned off) and addressed my main concerns for the massage. I take the time to book my appointment weeks in advance. I think that extra time she took before the session to prepare really showed her commitment to making my session that much more beneficial! :) I really appreciated that. I opted to try the Rapid Tension Release (RTR) percussion massage device "Wellness Add-On/ Massage Enhancement" for the first time as I was given a complimentary massage add-on. LOVE took the time to explain RTR things to me before and during the session. I really liked this experience! I felt like the RTR really helped to target the muscle tension I had. They use the Theragun Prime Plus device (retails for $400), so a $15 add-on is a deal! Afterwards, I felt like I was floating on a fluffy cloud! Sooo relaxed and stress-free. My joints and muscles felt flexible and bouncy, springy like a rubber band :) LOVE is such a great massage therapist and she's really good at her job! She skillfully targeted my problem areas to make them not problems anymore! Haha. THANK YOU SO MUCH LOVE! :D I checked in with front desk after my appointment and they were training a new person. She asked me how I was paying for my RTR add on. The day before my massage session, I had discussed through text messages with someone to confirm that I still had a complimentary add-on and that I wanted to add the RTR. I showed her those text messages, and she asked someone else for help. I'm glad this miscommunication was sorted out promptly :)

This treatment was a bit intense since I have sensitive skin and I haven't had a facial in a long time. Before we started my services, Roxie analyzed my skin. She noticed a had clogged/ congested pores and acne scarring. She recommended products that will help with my scarring and also additional treatments to improve my skin. My first time, Candis did an excellent job with my lash extensions! It took a bit over the recommended time (closer to 2.5 hours instead of 1.5) and my eyes were a bit irritated the next day, but nothing a few drops of Visine couldn't fix. I loved the final product and they lasted close to 3.5 weeks! I was also happy that she answered all of my questions and even gave me 4 lash brushes because I told her I was traveling and she didn't want me to lose them. The second time, I had Roxie do my lashes. I was a bit nervous to have someone different doing them, but my girl SLAYED it! It took less than an hour and a half, my eyes weren't irritated at all, and they look BOMB. I cannot tell you how many compliments I've gotten on my lashes. Also, the studio is extremely clean, both Candis and Roxie play great music while they work, and they are so nice and easy to talk to. One recommendation, save their phone numbers because each time I've come to the studio the door has been locked. Just give a quick call and they'll come let you in!
