He took the time to explain the entire process, set realistic expectations for my size and results, talked honestly about healing and scarring, and, most importantly, genuinely listened to what I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured. At no point throughout this entire experience did I leave his office with an unanswered question or feeling anything other than completely happy with my decision. His staff is equally wonderful. Everyone was consistently kind, professional, responsive, and accommodating. When I needed to move my surgery date, they made rescheduling incredibly easy. Leading up to surgery, they followed up to make sure I had everything I needed and knew exactly what to expect for surgery and recovery. The office itself is clean, quiet, private, and welcoming. I also loved the convenience of having the surgery performed right there at his surgical facility rather than having to navigate a hospital. I originally went to Dr. Basner primarily for a breast reduction and lift. I have had a very large chest for as long as I can remember and have never felt comfortable with it. At my first appointment, I literally told him he could "just cut them off" if he wanted. He laughed and basically told me, "Well, I'm not going to do that," and I am SO glad he didn't. For the first time in my life, my chest feels completely proportional to my body. I can wear clothes I never felt comfortable wearing before. I genuinely look at least 10 pounds lighter simply because my proportions have changed so much. After two children, I now feel confident in bathing suits and can wear certain clothes without a bra--something I truly never imagined I would be able to say. And to be very clear about how life-changing that is for me: I have worn a bra with absolutely everything since I was about 15 years old. I wore bras to sleep and sometimes needed multiple bras to play sports. I never imagined that at 35, after having two children, I would feel more comfortable and confident in my body than I did as a teenager. Dr. Basner gave me results that are beautiful and natural while still giving me the reduction I wanted. After seeing photos of Dr. Basner's rhinoplasty work and loving how natural his results were, I decided to ask about having my nose done at the same time since I was already going to be under anesthesia. I actually loved my nose from the front, but I had a large bump in my profile and felt that the tip had started to droop slightly. My biggest fear was that rhinoplasty would change the nose I already loved from the front. It didn't. It just made me love it even more. He removed the bump, refined the tip, and somehow kept my nose looking completely like my nose. It is so natural that unless I tell someone, I don't think they would ever know I had a rhinoplasty. My face even still works to unlock my phone! That was exactly what I wanted: an improved version of myself, not a completely different face. I was also pleasantly surprised by how affordable the entire experience was, especially considering the level of care, the quality of the facility, and the fact that I was having both a breast reduction/lift and rhinoplasty. For the results and experience I received, I feel like the value was exceptional. To say I am happy with my results would be a gross understatement. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Dr. Basner is incredibly talented, but what stood out just as much was the care I received before, during, and after surgery. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for beautiful, natural results and a surgeon who truly listens to what you want. If I could give him 100 stars, I would. I went in for a repair and also to break up some scar tissue that had developed. I wasn't charged for another procedure (good), but did have to pay the hospital fees for the operating room. Fast forward a year or so and I actually developed breast cancer (no fault of the doctor of course), but when my oncology surgeon went in to remove the implants and breast tissue, there was a large hole in my lung which caused serious complications and a collapsed lung. The hole was from when Dr. Rodriguez went in to remove scar tissue and repair the uniboob issue. I was told that the implant was covering the hole and it looked like it was placed there on purpose to cover his mistake. Please do your research and do not use this surgeon.

His team was great and understanding also since I was a little nervous about the whole procedure at first. I was a 32A pre-surgery and decided to go with the Ideal Implant at 360cc. I could not be happier with the results! My boobs look completely natural and still soft. I have not lost any sensation anywhere and the side effects were minimal compared to the result. The scar has faded a lot and it's very hard to see. All my friends think my boobs look great now and a couple of them even said they want it done also. If you are looking for a great surgeon for breast augmentation, I'd highly suggest Dr. Schuster!
