I went to the ER with my mom and they are now concerned this tool piece will puncture her stomach or digestive track, and now surgery is now lingering in the air. Put to the side the fact that she had a whole vacation she had to cancel because of all of this and it cost $$$$ to cancel flights, and hotel. According to Dr. Colby, this is very common and not the first time it's happened at this practice. I'm putting honesty on the table, I would not trust ANY Dental practice that's literally saying, "why are you mad? You'll just poop it out" God forbid my mom punctures a hole somewhere in her stomach. The way this whole situation has been handled is very disappointing. Dr. HARGAS WOULD NEVER. Since Hargas has left, things have not been the same, that's why I left as a customer. The manager at the front desk had a very BAD ATTITUDE and that's all it took for me to leave. I wanted to buy time with the tooth and decided to get a second opinion. Came here since my husband comes here and was told they can save my tooth. I felt a lot better about it. Not that a root canal is pleasant, but it's better than losing my tooth completely. They were able to fit me in and remove most of the debris. I got this done yesterday and feeling better already. Once my gums heal, it's two more steps to getting my final crown. I'm still really nervous chewing with it but at least I won't lose my tooth. My gums feel swollen but they checked on me today and were really helpful with explaining the process to me. I was so nervous that they wouldn't be able to save my tooth, but they were able to. At least for now, that tooth eventually needs to be extracted but I need to buy time with it. Thanks to everyone on the team for all of their assistance.

Dr Raven is very warm, friendly and detail oriented. I was really grateful when she helped me with my dental implant screw. She's a very good listener and addressed all my concerns and fixed the issue that day and it's been perfect since. Also, the cleaning she did was very thorough and gentle. Felt like the best cleaning I've ever had. The dental assistants/hygienists are all so nice as well. Super kind, sweet and easy to talk to. His team took the necessary X-rays, which determined that I was a candidate for implants. After our conversation Dr Henninger understood what I wanted to accomplish. It is simple to say that I wanted a beautiful smile but along with that smile comes the ability to eat healthy, chew food properly, feel good about myself, improve my attitude, improve social confidence, and something I've wanted to do for a long time but my smile and dental condition prevented me from doing. That is to publish my own music. At 79 years old I wanted to be very careful selecting the proper dental team that would make me feel comfortable now and the rest of my life, so I did my "Due Diligence" and made the decision with no regrets. My procedures consisted of the following; My upper full denture was replaced with a full arch bridge of new Zirconium/Ceramic supported by implants.
