I've been taking my daughter to Surf and Smiles for about 5 years! We originally saw Dr. Mohr who is now retired! I loved his conservative approach to my daughters orthodontic needs. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way easily understood by both me and my daughter. Phase 1 of expansion and braces went well. They offered a very flexible down payment and monthly payment plan. At the end of phase 1 Dr. Mohr retired and Dr. Gardner took over. I was so happy to see he was just as knowledgeable and amazing as Dr. Mohr z Fast forward to this last year when we hit phase 2 braces! Things are going very well! Dr. Gardner and his team members have truly been outstanding throughout my first initial visit to the start of my Invisalign treatment. During COVID-19, Tiffany brought my new Invisalign trays to my house so that my treatment would not be delayed. After receiving my trays, Dr. Gardner set up a zoom meeting so that I could see how my teeth were going to change throughout the process. My husband is currently Invisalign treatment with Dr. Gardner and our interaction/experience with him and his team has been nothing short of amazing. Hubby has always wanted a more beautiful smile but was always reluctant for orthodontics care due to cost. After doing some comprehensive research, we decided to go with Surf & Smiles. We liked that they offered the expander that does not require manual adjustments by the parent. It expands on its own naturally over a 6-8 month period. Throughout my 10-year-old daughter's journey of getting braces, her voice was heard by Dr. Gardner and support staff. I had an AMAZING experience here. I was nervous to have a second round of braces to fix my teenage years of "I dun wanna wear my retainers" that my now adult self was dealing with the consequences of. Realistic expectations were set, a plan made, everything explained thoroughly and I was never made to feel silly for asking a question. Invisalign was a great option as an adult running a company, I was able to feel professional while taking care of myself. And can we talk about how amazing the staff is? They are so sweet! Every lady I worked with was professional and kind. Front desk and girls in the back! They cared how comfortable I was and I loved talking to them. Dr. Gardner was absolutely wonderful to work with as well. He remembers you, cares about how you're doing, and takes pride in his work that you can obviously see in the results. I'm wrapped up on Invisalign now, permanent retainers in, and moving away from the area- and I'm surprised, but not displeased, to say I am sad to be moving away from this business.
