I'm really lazy and indecisive about changing up and refreshing my look, and I really appreciated that she took my apprehensions about maintenance into account when she made her coloring recommendations, and even offered low-key maintenance suggestions that I could implement even after my appointment. Unfortunately, I waited 4 months before making my follow-up appointment, but again she did an amazing job and really listened to "my wants." I normally blow it out, but in the summer I usually wear it curly and I've done both since Keena cut my hair, and they both look great. My stylist dyed my roots too light then "fixed it", my appt was nearly three hours, and it suddenly became $90. She said because I asked her to dye all of my hair which I didn't, I just asked her to match the ends... and clearly she didn't, because my roots aren't fully covered and the color has already started fading in one week. She also got dye all over my face mask, inside my ears, and on my neck.
