I woke up without anxiety this morning which hasn't happened in a while. Vanessa was such a beautiful warm soul. She showed me around the shop when I got there and it is such a nice setting with gorgeous crystals and ambient lighting. I got there early so I sat in the massage chair for a while and relaxed. Best massage chair I've ever sat in by the way (for free). The session brought tears to my eyes and I felt extremely present in the moment.
