Feel free to use Garcia if you want a company that will take your money, leave you stranded for hours in extreme conditions, and is utterly lacking in integrity. My second call was to Precision Towing! Where the Owner, John Crouse, answered the phone . He took time to ask questions to find out what happened. He calmed me down and said I'll have a driver there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, I had a very courteous driver at my residence. His employee was professional 100% of the time. He explained the whole process for "being in control" of my vehicle. He followed all safety precautions (making sure I was in my yard and not next to my vehicle) and took pictures of all 4 sides of my vehicle. Then, safely winched my vehicle onto his truck. Once loaded, I handed him my credit card. I was told "this is a no charge tow". Again, I called the Owner and said that I was glad to pay for the tow. John explained that I had been thru enough for the day. I HIGHLY Recommend PRECISION TOWING! Their professionalism has made them MY FIRST CALL!
