One of my headlights was out, I asked them To change both but they didn't. Still they charged me for both. When I brought it back to get what I paid for they acted offended that they got caught and still did not change the other headlight. One guy cleaned it off with wax as if that would help. It didn't. Don't bring your business here!!!! They did NOT repair my car correctly the first time which almost cost me my entire transmission...a $100 repair could have become a $2600 problem...when we brought it to their attention they "re-fixed" it and charged me for the part they replaced... which would have been fine accept that part was most likely damaged in the process of them "fixing" it the first time...These guys are rude and really it's just not worth dealing with a bunch of jerks to get shitty work done. There are a million mechanic shops...do yourself a favor and drive another mile down the road to get the problem fixed correctly the first time...just sloppy, rude people. read more

If any car issues think twice before going here. I thought I could save some money going here instead of the Toyota dealer. I left my car for a simple repair which took all day. Once they finished I started driving my car on the hwy and it began smoking under the hood. It was then towed back to the shop. After they worked on my car for the second time the engine light and transmission light came on. There were no major problems before I took my car to Ron's Auto. I cannot say enough about this shop! I've been coming here for years. As an 18 year old kid with my first beater, a lot of chain places tried to rip me off or force me into unnecessary repairs. The staff here is always respectful, explains what I don't understand without treating me like an idiot, and worked with my budget to find temporary fixes if I couldn't afford the full repairs needed. I'm now well into my 20s with a much newer, reliable vehicle that I will still never take anywhere else. They are good, trustworthy people and great mechanics. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I usually don't write reviews but companies that do MORE than expected deserve to be heard. Especially because I'm usually skeptical when I only see very few reviews on yelp and Ron's Auto is a perfect example of why I would be skeptical because there was only one rating given 6 years ago. Usually I'd look for plenty of 5 star ratings but let's just say I'm beyond thankful that not everything is what it seems. My husband and I are college students and we just moved here from California 3 weeks ago. Of course we were doing research looking for a trustworthy auto repair company but truthfully, at the same time our budget wasn't too great. Long story short... we called over 7 auto repair companies who quoted us over $350-$400 dollars. They also told us they would see us next week because they were so booked. Mind you I called on a Wednesday. I was finally recommended Rons Auto which I just took my chances and towed my truck there. Long story short, not only did they make room to fix my truck that same day within a couple of hours, but they called and said my total was $215 and some change. I couldn't believe it. What shocked me even more when I picked it up is they gave me my receipt and told me if anything happens to the truck within 90 days, bring the warranty receipt back and they will fix it for FREE! If that isn't enough to convince you to drop by there if you have an issue I don't know what is. Definitely my go to auto repair center! read more
