I noticed the back glass was leaking not long ago but not in time to say myself $1000's of dollars in what will be major rust repair. the area where the back glass it where they welded they did not prime, paint nothing they left bare meta. on top of that they did not even seal the entire window which caused it to leak. on top on that they did burn outs with my cummins truck in there drive and blew one of the speakers I had in my truck. I even had to help him as the customer put the new hood on my truck after 2 missed dead lines. I was warned by my insurance agent not to go there but I did not listen and trusted his word. I paid 450 dollars when I picked up my vehicle, and asked again to double vhdck they used the dealer part, They informed me it was th part I requested. Low and behold I broke down again, this time the 1st day of vacation 600miles away from columbia. At 1st they refused to help me unless I towed the vehicle 600 miles back to columbia. Fortunately my boyfriend works for plaza tire and went to talk to MD Trans. to make the situation right by them paying for my vehicle to be repaired at the firestone across the street where I was. When I got the receipts together, Firestone had only charged me 320 total while MD charged me 450 total. I was also then informed an autozone non -dealer part was put on instead of the part I had requested before service and when I paid for service. Not only did MD Transmission lie and take my money, they tried to leave me stranded while keeping my money and over charged me 150 dollars for a part I didnt ask for. Also my clutch pedal wasnt the same when I picked it up the 1st time and the tried to say it was normal. Do not have your vehicle repaired here, they take advantage of people, especially women and then try to play stupid about it!

I need a good Passat mechanic in town. Used Walt's and it was a horrible experience. They fixed…read morethe diesel particulate filter ($4500) and an oil leak developed over the intake gasket ($1100). Had this fixed and another oil leak developed on the front cam seal and another area and they did fix that one for free but then another oil leak magically appeared but was only seepage.....yeah it is a hemorrhage not a drop or two. . . .this is a car that up to going to their garage did not use oil and had no oil leaks To top it off, they left the car unlocked and some on pilfered through my glovebox and center console they did not bother to tell us this. My wife got in the car to bring it home and both compartments had been emptied, and the contents were scattered all over the floor. Only a few items were missing, but whoever now has my home address because our proof of insurance was in the glovebox . . .so I cannot recommend Walt's at all
