I had called the "local" number and spoke to a man about a state inspection for my truck. He told me (at 10:30 AM) that his inspection guy was there till 12. I said I could be there in 15 to 20 minutes. would that be OK. He said yes, and there was currently a 20 minute wait. I asked him if he was actually at the location, because it sounded like a call center. He said yes this is the Maple Avenue location. He was lying and I wasted my time going there because when I arrived, I was told there was no one available that day to do inspections, and they had not received any calls yet that day. Thank God I didn't drive a half hour to get there, and was able to go to Jiffy Lube to get my inspection. I will never use Valvoline again.

Adam and Dylan found the problem, patched my tire and gave me a new sensor in a matter of minutes. I was in and out in about an hour! The waiting area is comfortable, clean, and has a cold water dispenser so I was able to refill my water bottle. It was only $148 for the oil change, disposal of old oil few, new quarts of oil, labor, taxes!! Excellent value!! The owner is very personable, kind, and has a wry sense of humor! Great experience! I decided to get snow tires this year since I do so much driving for work. I thought that my regular tires were pretty worn out and assumed that I would need a whole new set after I took off my "snowies". They said that my tires were in good condition and that I wouldn't need new ones right away. It would have been very easy for them to tell me that my tires were a mess so they could upsell me. They didn't do that. Clearly, this is an honest business with hard workers. The manager is very engaged and interested in making sure that customers are happy. I did not expect to have such a positive experience getting new tires. I will return in the future.
