They're fair and honest: I brought in a quote from another shop that seemed suspicious and they immediately pointed out what was unnecessary and gave me fair prices for everything else. Ugh, the issues I had with my car before finding this place, based on where the insurance company wanted the tow truck to bring my car, are so long and convoluted I won't bore you with the details. Let's just say I'm glad the tow truck brought the car to CJs. The shop seemed expensive but they were also extremely honest and upfront about all that needed to be done. They gave me links to YouTube to see what it was they had to do and they gave me prices of parts before ever getting to work to make sure we were all on the same page. First time customer today. Jeep dead in driveway. Throwing codes, and turning over but not firing. Called AAA after first calling CJ's to tell them I would like to be a new customer. They said to bring it down, may get to look at today. By noon AAA towed my grand cherokee down there. By 3:00 they called and told me to pick her up. First time customer last week with CJ's Automotive. Had my car towed there with AAA after my radiator/coolant hoses had rusted through. Not only did they call me the day of to let me know their findings, but the quoted price was very competitive and they fully explained what had happened to my car so that I could truly understand it and in the future better look out for this instance again. The expected time frame was the next day and sure enough my car was road-ready that day with the hoses replaced, new coolant added and car had been test driven by the garage as well! Not only that, but the total due was even less than the initially quoted price! As a bonus, they tweaked my heating too; which was greatly appreciated since we just started getting snow. I would highly recommend CJ's automotive to anyone in the area. They are very informative, provide great service with competitive prices and they do not try to up-sell you on anything that you don't actually need. CJ's Auto is as honest and as prompt as you could hope for in an auto repair shop. They are currently working on a car that my girlfriend and I have brought into them multiple times for various tune-ups and repairs.
