But there's nothing negative to report! This place has helped me out with everything from minor (and cheap) concerns to body damage and engine issues. They always give me a fair estimate (I've shopped around) and the work is always done surprisingly quickly. The past two times they even threw in some work without charging me (like a tire rotation or free diagnostic for a check engine light). And they were great at dealing with my insurance company and helping things to move smoothly and quickly after an accident. It's got that family business atmosphere, and you always interact with the same people, which helps with the trust-building. Even my uhaul rental experience was overly positive! There's the cutest little chihuaha hanging around, too. I highly recommend Rich's for any mechanic work or uhaul rental. A week before my appointment they called me and told me due to recent "drop-ins" they'd have to push me back another month. This company clearly does not understand customer service, they already had my parts, the insurance money, everything ready to go. Yet they chose to push my appointment out because there were other "high value" jobs that JUST SHOWED UP. He is friendly and accommodating and does not shy away from a complicated problem.
