Within about 15 minutes, Javier, the owner, was at my home to check out the problem. He quickly determined that the faucet had developed an internal leak and needed to be replaced. I purchased a new faucet and called Javier back this morning to let him know I had it. Within about 30 minutes, two of his workers arrived to install it. They were professional, efficient, careful with their work, and did an excellent job. The new faucet was installed properly, everything was cleaned up, and the problem is completely solved. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find a company that responds this quickly, communicates well, shows up when promised, and provides quality workmanship. J C Plumbing did all of that. I highly recommend Javier and J C Plumbing for their outstanding customer service, fast response, professionalism, and quality work. I will definitely call them again whenever I need a plumber.
