I was 100% disappointed with Ron's Carpet cleaning. They picked up my oriental for cleaning and to remove the fringe. Four months later, they said they were unable to remove the fringe and delivered it to us with several pieces of the fringe missing, we did not accept delivery. Another month goes by and nothing. They delivered it a second time and the damage was worse. I called and asked to speak with Ron, Sr. He would not return my call. I then tried to speak with Ron Jr who also would not return my call. I dealt with a very swest woman, Ida, who was the only one I could speak with. She tried but had no authority to help. The Owners of this business needed to accept responsibility for their mistakes and speak with both happy and unhappy customers. They should not hide behind their staff. We had an error code on our dryer. We cleaned out the vent as best we could but we could not reach the vent on the roof. We called Ron's total home service. We were able to make an appointment quickly. Justin ( I hope that was his name) arrived with 2 helpers. They were on the roof in no time and blew out the blocked duct. It looked like snow! My husband and I were amazed that Ron's could clean a 8 x 10 white rug and a smaller oriental rug, both of which had stains from our dog vomiting on them. The accidents happened when we were out of town and left Murf with a dog sitter. The stains didn't get tended to for several days, and when we returned, we were sure those rugs were ruined. We decided to take a chance on Ron's. The rugs came back as good as new. Tonya in the office couldn't have been nicer, the two delivery men were were so nice, and we are thrilled with the cleaning. Service reps arrived at our home this morning to clear our air ducts and vents. They were not wearing masks , my husband asked if they were vaccinated and they replied that they were not. One of them said no one in The company has been vaccinated. Really guys? While we are in a pandemic? No shots and no masks but plenty of attitude? This is a problem. read more

Overpriced, just had my carpets cleaned 2 bedrooms and a staircase (13 steps) probably 300sq ft. total, initially quoted me $400 then dropped it to $350 quickly. Since they were here I agreed knowing it was way overpriced. They did the job, it was ok, in about 40 minutes nothing special and didn't move a thing. The problem came when the guy left and expected a tip. I know I will choose a different company next time. read more

Paid over $400.00 dollars to have a rug cleaned Our dog had urinated on it. Paid additional money for a special enzyme treatment to remove the smell. Dropped the carpet off picked it up a week later. Carpet was rolled up. When I got it Home and unrolled it the smells was as bad as before the cleaning. Wiped the carpet with a white cloth yellow stains came off the carpet on the cloth. The only reason I gave Rons one star was I was not able to remove the star with this app. read more

Ron's Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning came out to clean and repair our engineered hardwood floors. In the process, the solution they used caused water damage. They said they are not responsible for the damage even though I have pictures and a video of their guy doing the cleaning and causing the damage. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company. Charged me $187.50 to clean the carpets in 900 square foot town home and was only their for 36 minutes and only did an okay job. Forgot to bring the deodorizer and said they would drop it off later. Didn't drop it off and I had to call back and complain. The next day they dropped off the bottle and said to call them when I was finished with it ( doing their work for them) . I did call them back and they said thank and go ahead and keep it, nice gesture. Three days later I get a bill for $25 for the deodorizer, are you kidding me? I call them up and they that's the charge for deodorizing your carpets if he had it the truck thy day. really? Really? REALLY? You just can't make this stuff up, choose any other carpet cleaning service . read more

My elderly mother used them for the first time a few weeks ago to clean her oriental and Indian rugs because they offered pick up /deliverup and had been in business for over 40 years. She had always used a more well known company before but this seemed like a reputable and comparable company. All seemed fine with the cleaning, although she said there was a lot of sand or grit that came off one of the rugs. When I came over to help re-center the largest one under the dinning room table we realized how much damage they did to the rug. It looks like it was caught in a machine and all the fibers were ripped from the rug, it was ruined in several places.. with it almost bare, super thin in the middle and over an inch thick at the ends. This was definitely a result of their handling, cleaning process, and the rug was damage free prior. There are many 6-7 inch long white scratch like marks scattered throughout the middle of the rug. I don't know how they clean these rugs, but my best guess is they use some kind of machine and maybe the rug got caught? Then please let the customer know. Little did my mom know there is no recourse, obviously they don't believe enough in their work to stand behind it. It is at your own risk! Customer beware! I would NOT recommend them! read more

My Karastan rug had been rolled up and stuffed in the attic for years. Many years ago, a gallon of porch enamel had been tipped on it! Even though I got the paint out, the nap of the carpet was weird after that. We had it cleaned in place many times and it always bothered me. So I put the rug up. I decided, when looking at the price of new Karastan rugs, to risk spending $280 to have it cleaned at Ron's. Initially, I was nervous since you pay in advance and there are no guarantees. They did a FANTASTIC job cleaning it and I am so happy with the result. We can't even tell where the weird area was, now. I really wish I'd done it years ago. Sent it to Carpet Creations for a new fringe and I love looking at that rug, now. read more

Ron's did one oriental carpet and it was ok so i let them take a second one. When it came back it had a large tear all the way thru the pile. It was not there when it left my house nor was it documented in their paperwork. We called and they had a picture of the carpet when they received it with a small tear. All I can say is between the time it left my house and the time they took the picture it got torn. When it was delivered it had a piece of plastic around the part with the tear and unless I had asked them to remove the plastic they did not mention it. Won't use them again. read more

Ron's did a great job on our carpet. We have used them for several years, and they just cleaned our carpets again, today. They did it quickly, and they couldn't have been nicer or not polite. They got a stain from some spilled apple juice up that we couldn't get out with several different cleaners. I recommend them highly, and couldn't be happier with the job they did for us. read more

Easy enough to schedule a convenient time but horrible 6 month long experience. 1st: the person sent to clean our carpets spent more time attempting to sell us up on other services ie: upholstery cleaning, air ducts etc than actually cleaning the 3 rooms. 2: They did not use bumper guards on the. corner molding and scratched it up as he pulled the hose through the house 3:After he left I noticed on the invoice that they charged me for 4 rooms vs. the 3 that I asked for. So I immediately called the company requesting the $40 be refunded. The representative said it would be no problem but the only person that could do it was the owner, Ron. And 4: it took over 6 months of me calling this company weekly and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (which was a waste of time in itself) to finally get my $40 refunded. They continued to make the excuse that Ron had to do it, he was out of town or we will leave him another message. Entire ordeal was a debacle. I understand why they have to advertise so much because they lack repeat customers. read more

We had them clean one of our very expensive oriental rugs. It came back OK. So we had them do another one. It came back with a 4" to 6" cut in it. My wife watched them unwrap it, cutting off the plastic wrap with a curved blade box cutter. They claim that it was already cut when they picked it up. They say that is not the case. It appears to be a case of "Our word against their's". This is a hand knotted antique Chinese rug. It will need to be re-woven by an expert. They said to just put a patch on it, like duct tape. I would advise anyone who needs to have a really good rug cleaned to stay away from this place. They do not want to do anything about it. read more
