At the day and a half they called and said they couldn't put the airbags in because they'd need to remove a bolt. Also, they have blocked the truck and trailer from both sides and didn't let us call other towing services. Inadequate speech, seems like they were high or under something.. Making fun of the driver and us as a carrier, as well as threating. We had to call police in order to make sure they won't leave us without even providing a service after getting a money!
