July 2020, we had a violent storm with…read moremicro-bursts blow through with very high winds, hail, rain, etc... that sent a tree limb through our roof. The insurance adjuster was, very poor, at best. No in-house inspectors sent. Using third party inspectors, they failed to even see a majority of the damage. This went on for about 9 months. 9Hammers was very involved in getting the re-inspections done when the third party inspection reports came back without noting the scope of the damage, and the current condition of the roof. 9Hammers was finally able to perform an inspection with the 3rd party inspector. Several more emails back and forth to ensure the repairs were done properly, and we now have the repair completed, 11 months after the damage occurred. Had it not been for 9Hammers, we would have had a repair completed that would have no warranty, along with a hole left in the sheathing. Ray and Chuck were very professional. Having been on the CC line to the emails to the adjuster, they were also very professional with the insurance company, despite the "shenanigans" the insurance adjuster was pulling. I do not know how they stayed so patient throughout this process. I highly recommend them for any roof work, and will also be using them when it is time to redo our decks. We had to call her back twice to correct and clean several areas that were very obvious but skipped and missed. Her move out cleaning fee includes the balcony but she did not clean it despite charging almost $500. In the past we paid $375 for her company to clean the same house multiple times and everything was cleaned. We had to hire another company to come out and do a deep cleaning since so much was missed and what they attempted to clean was done poorly. They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making grass remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. We will be removing this company from all of our properties moving forward. Find a reputable cleaning company, but stay away from this one. They will not hold themselves accountable and have poor business ethics. She clearly.doesn't understand how rental properties work woth property.managers and tenants and owners.
